With the continuous development of China’s society and economy and the continuous improvement of living standards of urban and rural residents,people have gradually shifted from the consumption of material needs to the consumption of cultural needs.In order to meet the basic needs of the public for culture,basic public cultural services came into being.In recent years,as the state’s financial support for ethnic regions has continued to grow,basic public cultural service institutions have continued to improve,especially grassroots basic public cultural services have developed rapidly.This article takes Jining of Ulanqab as the research object,and uses literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey methods to conduct an empirical study of the public satisfaction with basic public cultural services in the communities of Jining District based on the ACSI model.Based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index Model(ACSI model),the new public service theory,and the theory of civic cultural rights,this study builds a model of public satisfaction with basic public cultural services in the community and explores the impact of public satisfaction with basic public cultural services in the community.First of all,review and sort out the existing literature at home and abroad,and review the literature through related research on the content of basic public cultural services,community cultural activity centers,basic public cultural service satisfaction models,and basic public cultural service optimization strategies.It also defines concepts related to public satisfaction with basic public cultural services in the community.Secondly,the ACSI model is modified to make it suitable for basic public cultural service related research,and to define the structural variables of the community’s basic public cultural service public satisfaction model.Assumptions are made about the correlation between the structural variables,and the literature survey method is adopted.The evaluation index of the basic public cultural service public satisfaction model of the community is preliminarily selected,and then the interview method is used to interview the relevant personnel of the basic public cultural service in the community,and the indicators are modified,added and deleted to obtain the public satisfaction of the basic public cultural service in the community.Evaluation indicators of the model.Thirdly,according to the model and the evaluation index,239 valid questionnaires were obtained by the way of on-the-spot questionnaire,electronic questionnaire and paper questionnaire.Through data processing and analysis,to verify the correlation between structural variables,and empirical results analysis,to get the community basic public cultural services public satisfaction model.The conclusions are as follows: first,the correlation between other structural variables is consistent with the ACSI model assumption,but there is a negative correlation between public expectation and public satisfaction in the original model.The difference is that public expectation has a small and positive impact on community basic public cultural service public satisfaction;second,the public is generally satisfied with community basic public cultural service,but some of them are The index standardized path coefficient is high but the satisfaction is low,such as: to meet the expectation of personal needs,facilities and equipment,book reading,the richness of spare time life,the overall satisfaction of community basic public cultural services,negative publicity,etc.Based on the interpretation and analysis of the model and assumptions,it is proposed to increase the publicity of the community cultural center and its activities,especially daily publicity,positive publicity,and image publicity;improve the quality of the public’s experience,especially the parts that the public is not satisfied with;Systematic satisfaction survey mechanism and improve the professionalism of staff. |
