As an important foundation of China’s public cultural service system,rural public cultural services are an integral part of the development of public cultural undertakings,and play an irreplaceable role in ensuring the spiritual and cultural life of rural residents.In recent years,with the in-depth promotion of the rural revitalization strategy and the strong support of the state for the construction of rural public cultural services,the construction of rural public cultural services has achieved rapid development,forming a service system framework and related facilities and equipment network to ensure the basic public cultural needs of rural residents.However,overall,there is still a certain gap between the current development level of rural public cultural services and the growing demand for high-quality public cultural services by rural residents.How to continuously improve rural residents’ satisfaction with public cultural services in response to the increasingly diverse public cultural needs of rural residents has become an important task to improve the development level of rural public cultural services.On this basis,this article,by combing and integrating the research results of cutting-edge scholars,takes the new public service theory and customer satisfaction theory as the theoretical basis for research,and based on the actual situation of rural public cultural services in T Town,Tianjin,makes certain improvements and innovations to the classic customer satisfaction model,omitting the potential variable of perceived value in the original model and introducing a new potential variable,public information,Thus,a satisfaction evaluation model suitable for rural public cultural services in T town is constructed.Obtaining relevant data through field visits and surveys,using SPSS26.0 software to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire in this study,using AMOS26.0 software to conduct model fitting,and verifying the causal relationship and impact path between various latent variables.The empirical analysis results show that public information and public expectations present a positive impact relationship,public expectations and perceived quality present a positive impact relationship,public expectations,perceived quality,public information and public satisfaction present a positive impact relationship,public satisfaction and public resentment present a negative impact relationship,and public trust present a positive impact relationship.Finally,based on the analysis results and the actual situation of the development of T Town,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to address the shortcomings of local public cultural services: optimizing the service efficiency of cultural infrastructure,innovating the digital development model of cultural services,improving the service level of cultural workers,and improving the villagers’ demand expression mechanism.
