In recent years,the problem of College Students' smartphone addiction and low subjective well-being has become a research hotspot.Excessive reliance on mobile phones has seriously damaged the physical and mental health of college students.Subjective well-being is an important part of mental health.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the internal mechanism of smartphone addiction on subjective well-being.This study explores intelligence on the basis of previous studies This paper tries to introduce interpersonal trust and social anxiety into the relationship between smartphone addiction and subjective well-being to explore whether it plays a chain mediating role in the relationship between smartphone addiction and subjective well-being,so as to enrich the relevant research on smartphone addiction and subjective well-being at home and abroadIn this study,525 college students in Yangzhou were selected as the research objects.The subjects were measured with adult smartphone addiction scale,trust scale,social avoidance and distress scale and subjective well-being scale.Spss22.0 was used to analyze the collected data(1)There are significant gender differences in the level of addiction to smart phones among college students.Female college students are more likely to have excessive dependence on mobile phones than male students.In terms of grade,the score of mobile phone addiction of graduate students is significantly higher than that of undergraduate students;there is a significant difference in the average daily use of mobile phone among college students,and the longer the average daily use of mobile phone,the higher the score of mobile phone addiction;in terms of whether the only child and the average monthly income of family,the difference in the score of College Students' smartphone addiction is not significant(2)In terms of grade and family monthly average income,interpersonal trust score has significant difference;interpersonal trust score has no significant difference in gender,whether it is the only child or not,and the average daily use of mobile phone(3)The social anxiety scores of female students were significantly higher than that of male students.Similarly,there were significant differences in grades,and the scores of undergraduates were significantly higher than those of postgraduates.The scores of social anxiety in family monthly average income were also significantly different.There was no significant difference in whether the only child or the average daily use of mobile phone There are differences.(4)The scores of subjective well-being of postgraduates are significantly higher than that of undergraduates;the scores of subjective well-being of postgraduates are significantly higher than that of undergraduates;there are significant differences in the scores of subjective well-being in the average monthly family income;there are no significant differences in gender,whether it is the only child or not and the average daily use of mobile phone.(5)There is a positive correlation between smartphone addiction and social anxiety,but a negative correlation with interpersonal trust and subjective well-being;there is a negative correlation between social anxiety and interpersonal trust and subjective well-being;there is a positive correlation between interpersonal trust and subjective well-being.(6)College Students' interpersonal trust and social anxiety partially mediate between smartphone addiction and subjective well-being.(7)College Students' interpersonal trust and social anxiety play a chain mediating role between smartphone addiction and subjective well-being.According to the results of the study,we draw the conclusion that:College Students'smartphone addiction can negatively predict subjective well-being,interpersonal trust and social anxiety partially mediate between smartphone addiction and subjective well-being.In addition,college students' smartphone addiction can affect subjective well-being through the chain mediating effect between interpersonal trust and social anxiety.
