Compared with the West and school of thought,the particularity of Confucian political theory lies in "benevolent rule",that is,to implement benevolence and education for the people.What kind of relationship between the monarch and his subjects will inevitably affect the level and effect of the benevolent rule.It is generally believed that the relationship between the monarch and the minister is divided into two categories:one is respected by virtue and the other is respected by the power.In general,the relationship between the Confucian monarch and the minister is accompanied by the invisibility,evolution,and the wrestling of virtue and power.In the ancient times,the Tao and power was not divided.The relationship was no difference between the monarch and the minister.The highest form occasionally was "sacred monarchy".This is because the government is still unconscious and natural tendency.In the Western Zhou Dynasty,Zhou Gong's "etiquette and music" was a turning point.He consciously turned the relationship between the monarch and the minister into the standard of institutional regulation,which made the political development have an entry.The system can be relied upon,but it is still external.The road was divided into two sections since Confucius.Confucius theoretically obeyed the Zhou Dynasty,and added the internal factors such as benevolence in the Zhou Gong's theory.At the same time,Confucius was in an era of the monarch is not like the monarch and the minister is not like the minister.This background forced Confucius to transform the prior political theory into benevolent politics.Under the joint effect of the two aspects,Confucius stood at the forefront of the times and put forward the thought that integrate morality with power.This set of views on the monarch and the minister is a combination of theory and reality,which is divided into three aspects:the first is the combination with Tao of the monarch and the minister.This is the ideal of Confucius.Through the human promote Tao to reach the national stability,and the condition is "class awakening".The second is that the minister assisted the monarch.This is realistic.It shows that Confucius attaches importance on the situation.The third is the courtesy of the monarch and loyalty of minister.This is the combination of ideality and reality,and it is also the core idea of the correct understanding of Confucius.According to the contents of these three aspects,the implicit philosophical paradigm can be extracted from Confucius's view of the monarch and minister.This is a macroscopic cognition of Confucius's thought.Based on this,it can also be seen that the purpose of this paper is to re-consider the Confucius's view of the monarch and the minister,in order to objectively and comprehensively view Confucius's viewpoint.There are two characteristics:the first is that the moral morality throughout all content,explaining the trend of Confucius's theory.The second is to explain the structure of the monarch and the minister.Its structural form is the top-down characteristics of virtue.There are also two developments including two people:Mencius developed the ideal side.The relationship between the monarch and the minister is not positioned by the power level,but based on the virtue.At the time of the Xunzi,morality began to fall and materialize,and the relationship between the monarch and the minister has appeared that the monarch is important and the minister is humble.
