Research On Porcelain From Shunzhi Dynasty

Shunzhi dynasty was the first feudal dynasty established after the entry of Qing government.It lasted for eighteen years.The development of Jingdezhen porcelain industry gradually resumed after the war and the regime change.The porcelains of Shunzhi dynasty were mainly made of folk kiln porcelains and most of them were not subject to the annual model,which has brought many troubles to the study of the porcelains of this period.In the past,the porcelains of Shunzhi dynasty were generally classified to “the late Ming and early Qing dynasty” porcelain.This paper classifies and summarizes the Shunzhi Ganzhi porcelains collected from museums at home and abroad.Based on the discussion of their historical background,modeling,ornamentation and inscription content,this paper comprehensively analyzes the modeling features,decorative patterns,process features,ideological content of the inscription and styles of the Shunzhi Ganzhi porcelains,so as to comprehensively analyze the overall appearance of the restoration and development of Jingdezhen porcelain industry in Shunzhi dynasty,and put forward some suggestions for the research on the porcelain of this period.The main structure of this paper is as follow: the first chapter expatiates the purpose,significance,research methods and literature review;the second chapter introduces the social background of porcelain production in Shunzhi dynasty;the third chapter is researching on Shunzhi dynasty porcelain modeling;the fourth chapter studies on the decorative patterns of porcelain in the period of Shunzhi dynasty porcelain;the fifth chapters studies the contents of the inscriptions of the porcelain which made in Shunzhi dynasty;the sixth chapter studies on the porcelain technology of Shunzhi dynasty;the seventh chapter is the summary.Based on the historical literature and previous academic achievements,this paper uses typology,aesthetic analysis,image and other analysis methods to demonstrate the features of the porcelain of Shunzhi dynasty in detail,providing a more detailed theoretical basis for the scientific eradication of the early Qing Dynasty porcelain.
