Sheng is the oldest traditional wind reed instrument in China.It is the earliest free spring in the world and has played a positive role in promoting the development of Western instruments,such as organ and other reed instruments.From the Spring and Autumn Period to the Warring States Period to the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Sheng played a vital role in court music of all dynasties.After the late Qing Dynasty,the status gradually declined and prevailed among the people.Since the 1950 s,Sheng has been continuously improved with 24 and 27 reeds of traditional Sheng and 36,38 and 42 reeds of keyed Sheng.In the middle,sub-middle,bass,double bass and keyed Sheng,a "family" of Sheng was formed,which laid a material foundation for the artistic form of group Sheng ensemble.In recent years,Sheng solo form and solo creation are more common,and gradually formed a combination of Sheng duet and ensemble,and even appeared a new art form of Sheng performance with group Sheng symphony.The author is a master's degree student of professional Sheng performance trained jointly by China Conservatory of Music and Xinjiang Institute of Art.He has the honor to follow the top experts and professors of Sheng in China for further study and successfully joined the Huaxia Heming Sheng Orchestra of China Conservatory of Music.During this period,some conclusions were drawn through the rehearsal and performance of Sheng Tuan.And with four main chapters and five parts of the conclusion,this paper further explores and analyses the art form of group Sheng ensemble.The introduction of the first chapter mainly introduces the recent development of the art form of Qunsheng ensemble and the research methods based on performance practice.The second chapter systematically introduces the sound production principle,the reform process and the gradually formed art form of group Sheng ensemble.The third chapter takes the Huaxia Heming Sheng Orchestra of China Conservatory of Music as an example to analyze its voice configuration and some performing techniques.Chapter four elaborates the influence and significance of the art form of Qunsheng ensemble on the Sheng instrument itself and the development of national music.The last part of the conclusion re-summarizes the important information and arguments of all the previous chapters,and makes a systematic summary and summary.
