Research On The Value Evaluation Of Cultural Copyright Pledge Financing

The film industry integrates production,creativity and commodities,and is an important part of the cultural industry.However,the film industry still has an imbalance in investment and financing,which has led to the problem of insufficient funds for most movies.As the core asset of the film industry is that film copyright is widely recognized,copyright financing has become an important financing method for the film industry.However,the imperfect copyright value evaluation system restricts the development and popularization of this method.This article takes this as a starting point to study the issue of copyright value assessment in copyright pledge financing.Firstly,it summarizes the research status of intellectual property,cultural copyright and film copyright value evaluation at home and abroad,and analyzes the current method of copyright value evaluation.Then,the paper analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors of the box office and the box office income,and selects the factors that affect the box office of the movie,and uses the generalized regression neural network to evaluate.On this basis,a certain proportion of the movie box office income is taken as the initial value of the target,combined with the uncertainty of the profit of the film copyright value and the optional characteristics of the investment timing,the composite real option copyright pledge financing evaluation model is proposed.Finally,taking a movie shooting plan as an example,the movie box office forecast income is combined with the income volatility,income period,risk-free interest rate and other parameters to evaluate the movie copyright value with the composite real option copyright pledge financing evaluation model.The final study found that combining the generalized regression neural network with the composite real option is more in line with the uncertainty and selectivity of the film copyright operation process,which is conducive to the further development of cultural copyright pledge financing.
