Research On Evaluation Of Film Copyright Value Based On BP Neural Network Improved Income Method

In 2021,China has entered the post-EPIDEMIC era.The cumulative box office of China’s film market increased by 1.3 times compared with the previous year,and has recovered more than 70% compared with 2019 before the epidemic.However,the international impact of the epidemic has not yet subsided.In 2021,the box office contribution of China’s film market in 2021 exceeded that of North America by more than 60%,and continued to lead the world after 2020.Since the new era,the film industry has been attached great importance to by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.Although the film and television industry develops rapidly,China’s evaluation system in this field is not perfect,so it is difficult to determine the value of copyright when it comes to copyright trading and judicial compensation.Against the background of the development of China’s film industry at the present stage under the normalization of the fight against COVID-19,this paper collected and sorted out domestic and foreign research literature,and made it clear that the value of film copyright was the object of study,and that its value mainly came from the box office revenue during the release of films.Then the paper analyzed the internal and external factors affecting box office revenue and used the BP neural network model to process the data of 81 Domestic（non-animated）films released in recent five years.A prediction model with 20 factors affecting box office revenue as explanatory variables and box office revenue as explained variables is obtained.Then,the data of nine Chinese films that have been removed from the shelves during2020-2021 were selected to be substituted into the model obtained above to check this model.The prediction results and the prediction results of multiple regression model are compared with the actual box office revenue of movies respectively to verify the prediction effect of the two models on the box office.It is found that the neural network has a smaller error rate and is more suitable for the prediction model of box office revenue.When the revenue method is used to determine the revenue period,the top 19 films with box office revenue in the last three years are selected,and based on the box office and the key extension period and times,whether they will be extended and the revenue period are judged.Finally,this paper takes the film changjin Lake as an example,uses THE BP neural network model to calculate the box office revenue of the film,then determines the film key delay twice according to the box office revenue,and finally puts in the formula of revenue sharing method to get the copyright value.In order to improve the film box office prediction model,the film copyright value investors to provide some value reference advice,promote the development of China’s film industry.
