The preparation of newspaper reading materials is different from other textbooks for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.According to the curriculum in the"Syllabus for Chinese Language Majors for Foreign Students in Colleges and Universities",the newspaper reading class is set in the third year,that is,learners whose Chinese has reached the intermediate and advanced level.This level of learners already has a certain Chinese language foundation and cultural knowledge.The learning objectives are different from the basic Chinese courses.They are no longer literate and literate.Therefore,the textbooks for Chinese newspapers and periodicals are different from other basic Chinese textbooks.Culture,timeliness,diversity and other specialities.Newspaper reading materials are textbooks designed for use in this course,not only to help learners learn language knowledge,but more importantly to help learners understand China's national conditions and contemporary society.In the past 30 years,there have been many versions of newspapers and periodicals reading materials,which have gradually matured from the shallower,from the beginning of non-fixed textbooks to nationalized,systematic textbooks.Since most of the texts in the newspaper reading materials are derived from news articles,and the news has time-sensitive features,this makes the writing of newspapers and periodicals different from other basic Chinese textbooks.However,the textbooks are characterized by stable and continuous use.How to extend the length of use of textbooks has always been a concern of textbook writers and a difficult problem to write.Nowadays,the research on Chinese reading materials in newspapers and magazines mostly focuses on the horizontal comparative analysis of different textbooks,while the longitudinal analysis of the same textbooks is less.Therefore,this article uses the four textbooks before and after the revision of "Reading Newspapers,Learning Chinese"as a research object,and conducting longitudinal comparative analysis.I hope that by studying the changes before and after the revision of the"Read Chinese,Learning Chineset"quasi-advanced textbooks,analyze the reasons and characteristics of the revisions,in order to find out the rules for the preparation of newspapers and periodicals reading materials.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.From the research object of this paper,the research purpose,the domestic history and current situation of the development and research of newspaper reading materials,the overall research ideas and methods are explained.The second chapter first introduces the old textbooks as a whole,and analyzes the textbooks from the textbooks,including vocabulary,intensive texts,after-school exercises,and extensive reading texts.The third chapter begins with the new textbooks.Introduction,and the statistical analysis of the same four aspects of the new textbook;the fourth chapter compares the four aspects of the new and old textbooks;the fifth chapter analyzes the principles,characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of textbook revision.I hope that I can learn from the revision of the newspaper reading materials in the future.After comparison and analysis of the old and new versions,it is found that after the revision of the newspaper reading materials,the order of the old textbooks is preserved.The larger part is the content of the extensive reading texts.The original language knowledge content remains,but the explanation is more detailed.Comprehensive,adding a lot of cultural background knowledge.The new edition more scientifically reflects the principle of the combination of language and culture,so that learners can learn more about China's national conditions while learning systematic language knowledge.
