Investigation And Analysis Of The Textbook "Reading Newspaper And Learning Chinese" For Reading Chinese As A Foreign Language

Newspaper reading course for teaching Chinese as a foreign language is a specific skill course.The course is designed to improve the newspaper reading ability of overseas students.By reading the news articles selected from the Chinese authoritative newspapers,overseas students can continuously improve their reading comprehension capability,and then understand the contemporary Chinese society and get familiar with Chinese culture through newspapers.Based on the characteristics of newspaper reading course,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the newspaper reading textbook of Reading Newspapers Learning Chinese.This paper first studies the compilation style of the textbook,then makes a comprehensive investigation from the topic characteristics,genre characteristics,the source of the selected text and the length of the main text,and focuses on the detailed sorting and analysis of the words and set phrases in newspapers.In this paper,the feedback information of teachers and students using Reading newspapers Learning Chinese is learned through interviews,and compared with the same textbook Learning about China from Newspapers.On the basis of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the textbook compilation of Reading Newspapers Learning Chinese,this thesis proposes some suggestions on the use and revision of the textbook,in order to provide useful reference for the compilation of newspaper reading textbooks in the future.
