Research On Ethnic Cultural Diversity And Protection In The Altai Republic Of Russia

As we all know,Russia is a multi-ethnic country.Today,there are more than 190 nations living on the territory of Russian Federation.There are huge differences among these nations in terms of population,national characteristics,culture,history,customs,social and economic development,and natural climatic conditions.It is precisely because of these differences that Russia has formed a diverse national culture.And at the same time,it has made Russia's social life more diverse.The Russian Altai Republic is located in the center of Eurasia,in the Altai Mountains in southern Siberia,in the east adjacent to the Russian Republic of Tuva,in the south with China,Mongolia,and Kazakhstan,and in the north with Russia's Kemerovo,in the northwest with Russian Altai Territory.The geographical environment adjacent to China,Mongolia and Kazakhstan in the Altai Republic facilitates the migration and communication between different ethnic groups,which makes the Altai Republic a multi-ethnic and multi-religious region.This paper takes "the ethnic cultural diversity and protection of the Altai Republic" as the research object,and uses the methods of literature review and comparative analysis to combine the Chinese and foreign materials to protect the main characteristics of the national culture of the Altai Republic and the protection measures of ethnic cultural diversity.Research and summarize the experience of national cultural protection with reference.The first chapter introduces the definition of many theoretical concepts such as culture,national culture and cultural diversity in academia,and expounds the research status of the national cultural diversity and protection of the Altai Republic in the academic circles at home and abroad.The main research method is to study the value of ethnic cultural diversity and its protection in the Altai Republic.The second chapter introduces the national profile of the Altai Republic and presents the Altai Republic through a detailed introduction to the language,religious beliefs,traditional festivals,customs,traditional houses,major economic activities,food culture and other aspects of the representative ethnic groups.The characteristics of national culture show a colorful and unique multi-ethnic cultural landscape.The third chapter starts from the two levels of the federal government and social organizations,and elaborates on the protection of ethnic cultural diversity in the region from the aspects of legal policy,library,museum and mass media,national cultural organization and national language protection.Finally,it summarizes the experiences and lessons that can be used for the protection of Chinese national culture.With the proposal and implementation of the strategic concept of the "Belt and Road "and the "China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor",as an important node in the western section of the "China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor",the strategic position of the Altai Republic has gradually improved,and the region has gradually become a concern of all countries.The exchanges and cooperation between the Altai Republic and the Altay region of Xinjiang,China,have a long history.In the context of today's“China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor" and "Altai Cross-border Sub-regional Economic Cooperation",the future exchanges and cooperation between the two regions will become more frequent and close.Therefore,studying the ethnic cultural diversity of the Altai Republic region is conducive to a deeper understanding of the cultural background in which the two countries implement cross-border exchanges and cooperation.At the same time,China is also a multi-ethnic country.Exploring an effective national cultural diversity protection model is China's long-standing internal demand.It studies the unique and effective governance model and development model of the Altai Republic,and can protect and develop the nation for China in the new era.It provides certain reference and inspiration for culture and maintaining harmonious and stable national relations.
