Russian Udge National Culture And Protection Research

Udege people not only belong to the Tungusic language family,but also one of The indigenous small numbered peoples of the North,Siberia and the Far East in Russia.They live in the lower reaches of the Amur River and the coastal areas of the mountains and forests,they lived on hunting,fishing and mining industry,formed a unique world view,rich national culture and unique national language.After the disintegration of the Soviet Union,Udege people without legal protection faced economic depression,and their population reduced,they unable to survive,was endangered.But in recent years their national self-consciousness awakened,and actively inherit and develop their national culture.The author takes the literature review method and the comparative analysis method as the main research method,through the consultation with the scholars and participation in the Udege people's cultural activities,with the help of the network,the library,the museum and so on,the author comprehensively collected the related literature of the Udege national culture and the protection.After summarizing and comprehensively analyzing the data,the author expounds the national culture and protection of Udege people through four chapters:The first chapter introduces the definition of Tungus,the cultural changes of Udege people,the domestic and foreignal reseach situation,list the research methods of this paper.The second chapter elaborates the ethnic origin and the distribution of the Udege people.In the third chapter the author introduced the material and the immaterial culture of Udege family.The fourth Chapter introduced the legal and policy support of the national and the local governments,showed the positive role of the relevant institutions and organizations,and also analysized the efforts of Udege people to revive and develop the national culture.Finally,the author concluded the conclusion that has some inspiration and reference for the cultural protection of our country.National cultures make no distinction between them,each culture is valuable,makes a contribution to the diversity of world culture,should be protected.The experience of inheritance and protection of Udege national culture in Russia provides a reference for the development and protection of the national culture of small numbered peoples in China.
