At the end of the 19th century,in Vienna,political,economic,scientific,cultural and other fields have undergone earth-shaking changes.Apart from the collapse of the Imperial Territory,the struggle between the various strata is fierce.The art field has also experienced rebellion which shifted from traditional rationalism to spiritual and psychological.Gustav Klimt,as the representative artist of the Viennese Secession,uses the female image as the main carrier of his artistic language,and because of women's status' contradictions attached to the society at the time,Klimt's art worldfacing the contradiction between aesthetics and psychology at the same time,this multi-faceted conflict is the embodiment of the modern human spirit at the end of the century.
