Research On The Government's Function In The Cultural Protection Of Qianhu Miao Village

Rejuvenating the country through culture and revitalizing the countryside are important strategies for Chinese economic and social development.Culture plays an important role in the development of a country.The revitalization of the countryside not only means the revitalization of the rural economy and society,but also the protection and development of the rural culture,especially for the villages with the traditional culture of ethnic minorities such as the Qianhu Miao Village.Its cultural protection occupies an important position in the rural revitalization of Qianhu Miao Village.However,since the tourism planning and development of Qianhu Miao Village in 2008,in the process of tourism development,there are problems of excessive commercialization and lack of cultural atmosphere in Qianhu Miao Village.Therefore,based on the collecting,combing and analyzing of materials related to Qianhu Miao Village,this paper uses the methods of participatory observation and field interviews,combined with the theory of national cultural values and the theory of government cultural functions to protect the cultural protection of Qianhu Miao Village.Through the analysis of the current situation of Qianhu Miao Village,it is found that the following problems exist in the cultural protection of Qianhu Miao Village:First,the lack of cultural core of the hanging foot building,the architectural style has changed;Second,the formalization of national performance programs,the surface of national cultural development;Third,the localization and homogenization of national souvenirs;Fourth,The folk customs of the Xijiang community have changed,and the neighborhood relationship has become indifferent,and multicultural exchanges and conflicts have emerged;Fifth,the choice between village development and cultural protection;Sixth,lag of regulatory and policy construction and lack of government;Seventh,The composition of Xijiang community is complex.After an in-depth analysis of these issues,the following recommendations are made:First,Gradually improve the national cultural protection policy;Second,the government should position the right responsibilities,give full play to the complementary advantages of multiple governance models,realize the redistribution of interests,and actively build a cultural pluralistic protection development community;Third,Upgrade the products of the scenic spot and fully integrate the Miao culture elements;Fourth,encourage multi-subject participation,improve the way of cultural inheritance;Fifth,Pay attention to the cultivation of inheritors and realize the two-pronged approach of campus training and community education.In summary,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the cultural protection of Qianhu Miao Village,and puts forward targeted opinions,focusing on the government's functions in the cultural protection of the Qianhu Miao Village.It is conducive to enriching and refining the government's cultural function theory,supplementing the theory of minority cultural protection,and can be used as reference for the inheritance and development of minority culture.
