On Cultural Change And Protection Of Tourism Ethnic Village Based On SEM Analysis

There is a large number of excellent traditional culture in the development of the Traditional Culture of Minority Nationalities. This cultural records the history of an ethnic village, and the development of an ethnic village. Therefore, it is a great hidden economic value of cultural capital. With this unique capital, Ethnic villages enter into the tourism market slowly. The local economic became very activity when many tourists came.2012, State Ethnic Affairs Commission to the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities issued in the "special villages Minority Protection and Development Plan (2011-2015)", pointed out that "five" period, the country focused on the protection and improvement of 1000 Featured minority villages to "significantly improve the living environment; people’s income has increased significantly; village style, characteristics of residential reasonable protection; effective protection of ethnic culture; village to further improve the basic public service system, more harmonious ethnic relations." []. Thus, minority regional government in response to the policy, inherit and carry forward the traditional culture of their own nation, to enhance its national pride and enhance its national cohesion, solidarity, clear that the support and development of ethnic villages protected, encouraged to develop national tourism industry, the national economy to develop. But the ethnic village culture has changed in different degree, and the protection of national culture faced great challenge. So as to ensure the sustainable inheritance of ethnic village culture, and promote the healthy development of national tourism, this paper tries to build a national culture in tourism field change path model. Put forward the corresponding protection mechanism through the analysis of the cultural change path.In this paper, the study of ethnic cultural change is different from the traditional research framework. With the help of previous studies, this study analyses the internal relation between culture monomers, the national cultural change process and the causal relationship between the elements in the field of tourism. This study selects 23 indicators through literature analysis, expert interview and on-the-spot investigation. Then extracting 6 factors by the principal component extraction method with SPSS19.0, named foreground tangible performance culture, foreground intangible performance culture, social behavior culture, background habitus culture, community attachment and background livelihood culture. Then build an ethnic village cultural change factor path model basis on the research and on-the-spot investigation. Then through operation AMOS17.0 model correction, judgment analysis of causal relationship between the cultural change factors. Analysis showed:The foreground performance culture (tangible and intangible) has significantly positive effect to background livelihood culture. The foreground performance culture and background livelihood culture has significantly positive effect to social behavior culture. The foreground intangible performance culture and social behavior culture has significantly positive effect to background habitus culture. The foreground tangible performance culture, background livelihood culture and background habitus culture has significantly positive effect to community attachment. It shows that they all effect the community attachment. Finally, in order to protect ethnic village culture, the paper puts forward a new ethnic village cultural protection mechanism under the results of the analysis, they are decision mechanism, coordination mechanism, technology mechanism, regulation mechanism, participation mechanism, legal mechanism, punishment mechanism, concept and training mechanism.In order to demonstrate the correctness of the path model and the feasibility of the protection mechanism, the author takes the Southeast Guizhou Miao Village as an example. The analysis showed that the foreground performance culture (tangible and intangible) has significantly positive effect to the background culture, and finally affect the community attachment.. In addition, the protection of the body within the national culture tourism field mainly related to three of the eight:the core layer (government departments, community members, tourism enterprises and tourists), the pillar layer (tourism experts, mass media), the auxiliary layer (NGO, volunteers).Regarding community attachment as the starting point and standpoint, the paper puts forward 9 protection mechanism, and proposes practical measures to protect the culture of xijiang, Protection recommendations on foreground performance culture, social behavior culture, background habitus culture, community attachment and background livelihood culture.
