| The major of minority Chinese is the major of minority language and literature,which trains the scholar of minority language,and provides theoretical and technical support for the government and social departments to solve the problems of minority language,literature and literature.The 13th five-year plan of the state council for promoting the development of minority areas and minority groups requires that the construction of bilingual talent teams and the training of bilingual talents are the main purpose of universities.The report of the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that "building China into an educational powerhouse is a fundamental project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,there are some problems in the construction of the minority Chinese majors and talents training in colleges and universities,such as the inadaptability to the development needs of the society in minority areas and the difficulty in finding jobs for students.Based on the construction of minority Chinese major and talents cultivation,this study studies the curriculum system of minority Chinese major in undergraduate period from the perspective of learners’ demand satisfaction.Firstly,it defines the concept and definition of minority Chinese major,minority Chinese major course and curriculum system.Secondly,the curriculum system research is divided into objective content analysis and subjective satisfaction analysis,thus forming a research framework with subjective and objective references.In objective text analysis level,based on the analysis of training plan related to text.First,analyzing the major construction and talents training target in the national language of X university.Then focusing on analyzing the course structure of curriculum structure,curriculum implementation,thus to provide reference for the analysis of curriculum system of learners’demand satisfaction.At the level of learners’ demand satisfaction,The study mainly uses the framework of hierarchy of needs theory and draws lessons from the analytical dimension of Taylor’s curriculum compilation theory.Firstly,the background information and learning experience reflecting the basic needs of learners need to be analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the growth needs,that is,the satisfaction of the elements of the curriculum system,which is composed of professional courses,hardware conditions,teachers,teaching methods,teaching material construction and professional practice.Finally,it explores that how basic needs affect the growth needs,then illustrates the relationship between the curriculum system and the overall satisfaction of the curriculum system.The results show that the overall satisfaction of students is not high;The basic needs of learners have a great impact on the growth needs,which is reflected in that students with different backgrounds and learning experiences have great differences in their satisfaction with the curriculum system.The satisfaction of professional courses has the greatest explanatory power for the satisfaction of the course system,and the satisfaction of teaching,professional practice,hardware facilities and teachers can largely explain the satisfaction of professional courses.Therefore,the construction of the curriculum system of minority Chinese major should pay attention to the needs of learners,focus on the construction of professional courses,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,strengthen the multi-evaluation of the major and the construction of the curriculum system based on "minority Chinese" under the guarantee of the system. |
