A Study On The Customary Characters Of Dunhuang Contract Documents And Daozhen Contract Documents

In this paper,766 documents of Dunhuang contract and daozhen contract were collected and scanned,and 287 of them were finally determined as the research object by considering the factors of contract content,era,style,clarity and so on.The thesis is divided into five parts:The introduction part is mainly about the overview of contract documents and the introduction of the research materials and methods.The first chapter mainly explains the concept and judgment standard of folk characters,which lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of the articles.The second chapter mainly consists of the detailed classification of the common characters of the contractual documents,and the statistics of the frequency of the common characters in the two kinds of contract documents.The data shows the degree of the convention documents.Analysing the ways in which these slang words are produced,it is concluded that in the type of vocabulary used in contractual documents,simplification is the main feature of slogan.The third chapter mainly compares the two kinds of contract documents from the contents of the contractual documents and the common characters of the contractual documents.The characteristics and usage rules of the common characters in a given time range are obtained.The fourth chapter mainly describes the significance of the study of the customary characters of the contract instrument from three aspects,and compares the compiled Chinese characters with the Chinese big dictionary,supplements the words that are not received by the large dictionary,and provides the existing Chinese characters for the "Chinese Dictionary".Some suitable examples.
