Experts:As a valuable information of literature, Contract-Document has its research value in multi fields, discipline, and angle. For language study, a large number of all contract documents whose materials are the latest have been published successively in the last years, which also have a very high value to language research. At the present time, however, the target which is intended for contract document for language study is relatively small, mainly focused on the vocabulary. Besides, the study based on contract document for language studyput much greater emphasis on the interpretation of contract terms and research on duration or common time. Although individual research results mentioned the compiling value of the large dictionary, the research combined the study of words with complication of dictionaries in a special and systematical way hasn't still been published. Hence, exploring the problems of large dictionary complication and revision will be not only beneficial to the study of Chinese vocabulary history but supplement of large dictionaries, starting with the research instruments of contract words and combining lexicology and Lexicography. As a language material to study vocabulary, Contract-Document has its character, such as a long history, large numbers and wide geographical distributions as well as clear simultaneity, which not only provide a large amount of data for the interpretation and origins of contract words but ensure the truth of the language phenomenon and improve the credibility of the conclusion. Meanwhile, the compilation of dictionaries used rarely to focus on contract terms of income. On one hand, at that time, many contract documents had not been published, on another, there were few results for the study of contract words, which were unable to offer some beneficial references. Therefore, there is need to strengthen the connections between Contract-Document and its revisions when large-scale lexicology will be revised and perfected in the future.Considering the above research situation and the value of vocabulary research contracts, the thesis are collecting words in a large scale to be interpreted and traced back in the contract documents which were collected currently. Then, select "Chinese Dictionary" as a reference object in large dictionaries, investigating from three aspects: collected words, explanation and illustration and analyze by category in the end. In addition, the paper takes the words of contract documents as the starting point, while expanding the scope of the study of the literature, which has not limited the contract documents, but collected a number of documents to prove. The traditional means of exegesis was mainly used while testing the meanings of terms. Such means as seeking the sense according to the thesis, thesis itself and changing thesis etc. as well as making use of the grammar rules to assist the meaning of the word. Generally, synchronic description and historical research will be combined by adopting the use of double evidence in the analysis of the words, the origin and evolution of the study, compare the words in the documents with unearthed documents and present the use of the word in the history of the contract documents to interpret the meaning of words better and specify mutually each other. The innovation of this paper lies mainly in selecting the words of contract documents and large dictionaries:"Chinese Dictionary"--- the perspective from the combination between them, also a trial of the combination of Lexicology and Lexicography. This type of research has positive significance to the study of Chinese Lexical History, the complication and complement of large-scale dictionaries.
