A Comparative Study Of Verbs With Similar Meanings Of Non-action Between Chinese And Wu, And Teaching Suggestions

Chinese synonyms are the words that make it difficult to teach Chinese language to foreigners.Because of the large number of synonyms in modern Chinese,they differ in meaning and in terms of grammatical use.Therefore,foreign students face many difficulties in their use,and these mistakes affect the quality of their daily communication.For this reason,this study compares synonyms of Chinese and Uzbek in meaning and grammatically,and as a guidebook for Chinese language learners and teachers in Uzbekistan,as well as for Chinese students learning Uzbek aimes at reducing the problems that arise during the study of a language.This graduation work consists of five parts.The first part contains review of difficulties of Uzbek students in learning synonyms,summary of previously analysed results of synonyms and based on this,explanation of comparative study of Chinese and Uzbek synonyms.The second part includes the analysis of general exploration state of synonyms in Chinese and Uzbek languages and summary of study results of meanings,types,grammatical usage and teaching status of Chinese and Uzbek synonyms.The third part considers translation status of Chinese and Uzbek synonyms,meanings,comparison of usage features in sentences and distinguishes similarities and differences of synonyms in Chinese and Uzbek languages,colligates general and individual features.The fourth part studies the reasons leading to incorrect usage of adverbs by Uzbek foreign students,finds the reasons of incorrect usage.The fifth part reviews teaching strategies of Chinese and Uzbek synonyms and gives some recommendations on teaching synonyms to foreign students.By comparing non-verbal synonymous verbs in Chinese and Uzbek,we find that the nonverbal synonymous verbs in Chinese and Uzbek have the following common differences: Both languages have near-meaning verbs that are used only in written and spoken languages;There are corresponding forms of near-meaning verbs in the language;the number of near-meaning verbs in the two languages is different;there is no corresponding verb between the two languages.
