Investigation And Research On The Social Application Of "Basic Rules Of Chinese Phonetic Orthography"

The Basic Rules of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet Orthography have been used as important rules about using the scheme for the Chinese phonetic to spell Chinese correctly,and it also has significance to spur the standard and normalization of Chinese spelling and improve the normative usage of social language.The social application surveys of The Basic Rules of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet Orthography are very rare at present.This survey has the extremely positive significance to ascertain the social usage,in order to enrich and perfect the rules for the Chinese phonetic alphabet orthography and make it easy to generalize and use.This paper is mainly composed of three chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the research object and research method,and according to The Basic Rules of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet Orthography to judge the spellings of the collected samples.Then I arrange,classify,calculate and get the basic results of investigation in the end.The second chapter does a cross detailed analysis for the social applying of The Basic Rules of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet Orthography through rules and fields,then I get three reasons of the main problem.The three reasons are orthography own problems,orthographic insufficient social promotion and the user's problems.The third chapter mainly aims at the question that is put forward in the second chapter and makes some proposals about improving social applying of orthography.The proposals are perfecting orthographic rules,strengthening the social promotion of orthographic and raising the users' recognition degree to Chinese.
