Research On The Application Of Neo-expressionist Painting Composition In Animated Films

Film and painting are both forms of expression of art and cultural carriers of ideology.Animated film refers to the film that uses animation as the main method.Animation is born out of art.It is achieved through film production technology.It is an integrated art.The current discipline classification belongs to film and television science.Neo-expressionism is a new school of art developed in the early 1980 s.Learning the artistic tradition of abstract expressionism,paying attention to the sudden and impromptu handling of the painting process,pursuing a crude and arrogant,simple and vocal aesthetic style,and arguing that painting still has its original features,drawing attention to painting and exploring content,color,form of self-language.The New Expressionist film is a unique film school based on the characteristics of the new expressionist painting.It once again introduces people’s attention to the animated film to the inside of the person,thus discovering the social reality through the individual.Neo-expressionism has exerted great influence on new expressionist films in terms of artistic thoughts,theme choices,and expression techniques.The new expressionist animated film conveys artistic spirit to the audience through sound,color,and unique compositional features.It not only possesses entertainment and commercial qualities,but also possesses the cultural and artistic qualities of neo-expressionism.This article studies from the following four aspects: the first chapter,the new expressionist painting’s composition characteristics.This paper expounds the origin of the new expressionism,the painting style and spiritual connotation of the new expressionism,from which the new expressionism’s composition characteristics are derived,and finally applied to the new expressionist film.Chapter two,the influence of neo-expressionist painting style on film composition.This paper mainly discusses the application of the new expressionism animation film composition from the three-point method composition,the plane composition,the concept composition and the strange and strange image.The third chapter is the application of the new expressionism composition in the animation film.Taking several animated films as an example,this part expounds the concrete application of the new expressionism composition in animation films.In the fourth chapter,I draw the essence of the new expressionist composition in animation creation.The classic of the new expressionism composition is the main thinking direction of my graduation creation and future animation film creation.
