This thesis discusses the comparison between the two economic development models of the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany from 1920 s to 1940 s.From 1920 s to 1940 s,the Soviet Union and Germany actively explored the models of economic development in order to accumulate a strong material foundation to support their own strategic goals.The economic development models explored by the two countries have both similarities and differences.In order to achieve the rapid economic rise and build a strong national defense system,the two countries have carried out the transformation of agriculture and industry with the goal of large-scale and collectivization.The concrete measures to promote these reforms are the implementation of a planned economy.There are such problems in varying degrees.However,as a whole,both countries have achieved some economic achievements.Generally speaking,although both countries have public ownership components,the economic model of the Soviet Union belongs to the nature of socialism while the economic model of Germany is capitalist.The economic construction of the Soviet Union is dominated by administrative orders,and the economic construction of Germany is characterized by the advancement of economic movements.In terms of guiding ideology,Stalinism with Soviet characteristics in the process of establishing the economic development model is formed in Soviet Union.The economic development of Germany is carried out under the guidance of Nazi ideology mixed with elements of capitalism and nationalism.At the same time,the purpose of the Soviet Union's economic development is to rapidly realize industrialization and consolidate its national defense strength in order to protect the new Soviet socialist regime.Germany's development aims are strongly aggressive and expandable.Although the initial breakthrough is unreasonable The ultimate goal,however,is to establish a fascist domination regime.The structure and content of this thesis are as follows:The first part of the thesis is to define the concept of economic development model,explain the constraints of economic development model,and briefly summarize the economic development model of the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany.The second part analyzes the similarities between the economic development models of Soviet Union and German economic.It is mainly discussed from three aspects: the centralized management of economic development,the focus of economic development and the macroeconomic planning of national economic development.In the end,it is concluded the reason why the economic development patterns of countries of different social natures in thesame era have similarities.The third part is a comparison of the differences between the two economic development models of the Soviet Union and Germany.First,the ownership of the two countries is different.Second,the management methods of agriculture and industry in the two countries are different.Third,the purpose of economic development is different.By comparing the differences,it is concluded that these differences bring different changes to the economic development of the two countries.The last part of this thesis is to reflect on the different results of the social development of the two countries which is caused by different economic development models and to draw some inspirations.
