On The Spread And Influence Of Chinese Novels In Thailand Since The 1990s

Literature exchange between China and Thailand is a way to support the relationship between them.The study of the spread of Chinese literature in Thailand enables us to know more about the social history of the two countries and people's mind.The novel is a kind of literary style which reflects the social life well.In the process of communication,the Chinese novel becomes the window which show Chinese style and atmosphere,as well as Chinese people's spirit and life.This paper focuses on the Chinese novel spread in Thailand since 1990s,The impact of globalization on many countries in this time make more or less the inevitable changing,study the novel from the beginning of 1990s,we can closely contact the image in the new era.Several researchers have studied the spread of Chinese martial arts novels in Thailand,because of its influence in Thailand spotlighted.However,in the past 20 years,the spread of Chinese novels in Thailand has been further developed.All kinds of Chinese novels have been welcomed by the readers in Thailand.The phenomenon of the development process is worth studying.This paper shows the background of Chinese literature circulation in Thailand,summarizing the types of Thai novels,approve Wolfgang Iser and Robert Jauss's"Reception Theory" to interpret Thailand readers how to accept the works of modern literature China,and focus on the reaction of the readers.
