Clinical Study Of Huoxue Tongluo Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperative Pain

Objective: To observe and evaluation Huoxue Tongluo needling in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids stripping internal ligation pain after the clinical efficacy,explore the relieving mixed hemorrhoids external strip and internal ligation mechanism of pain symptoms and clinical application value of Huoxue Tongluo needling method,for clinical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids external dissection and internal ligation after pain provides a safe and effective treatment method.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo acupuncture treatment,the control group was treated by oral treatment of Tramadol Hydrochloride Tablets.Were observed and recorded with 2H,4h,10 h,12h,24 h,48h,72 h pain VAS,VRS score,onset time of analgesia,postoperative occurred adverse reactions,analgesic drug use compared and statistical data by SPSS22.O statistical software analysis.Results: 1?the main evaluation index of curative effect:(1)VAS score after operation,two groups of patients after 2h,4h,10 h,24h,72 h no significant difference(P > 0.05),no statistically significant,the treatment group had similar effect with control group,so that the treatment group and the control group of pain all postoperative mixed hemorrhoids;the 48 h hours of postoperative pain VAS score difference was significant(P < 0.05),with statistical significance,analgesic effects in the treatment group was better than the control group;(2)the two groups of patients after 2h,4h,10 h,24h,48h,72 h,VRS scores were no significant difference(P > 0.05),no statistically significant,the treatment group had similar effect with control group;(3)the repeated measures analysis of variance,the comparison between the two groups in the same time VAS score,the difference was statistically significant(F=7.25,P=0.0093);between the different treatment time of the two groups in VAS.Compared with that,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.0000)F=31.09;treatment time and VAS scores between no interaction effect(F=0.08,P = 0.493);(2)between the two groups at the same time VRS score comparison,difference no statistical significance(F group =3.53 P packet =0.656);two groups with treatment time between the VRS score,the difference is statistically significant(f time =3.12 P time=0.0092);treatment time and VRS scores between no interaction effect(f interaction = 0.52,P interaction =0.762).2?secondary efficacy evaluation:(1)after two group comparison of the onset time of analgesia difference is significant(P < 0.05),was statistically significant,treatment group was better than that of the control group that Huoxue Tongluo acupuncture analgesia effect faster than that of the control group;(2)of the two groups after operation occurred in the number of adverse reactions is significant difference(P < 0.01),with statistical significance,treatment group the number of adverse reactions compared with the control group,that the treatment group has higher security;(3)there were significant differences in the use of analgesic drugs(P < 0.01).The average amount of analgesic drugs in the treatment group was much lower than that in the control group.Conclusion: Huoxue Tongluo needling in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids external stripping internal ligation and pain has exact curative effect,can reduce the pain intensity,relieve pain,relieve pain quickly,reduce the postoperative adverse situation,safe and effective,for clinical provides a new therapeutic means.
