| Objective In this study,a randomized control method was used to observe the clinical efficacy of qiangxinyin combined with buyang huanwu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure,to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine,and to try to better guide the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure from the perspective of warming Yang yiqi,promoting blood circulation and benefiting water.Methods In this study,patients with chronic heart failure(cardiac function level II-III)with syndrome differentiation of heart and kidney Yang deficiency and internal knot of blood stasis in yueyang hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in Shanghai were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group to the pure western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of western medicine therapy plus drink with a strong heart and ultimately also five tonga,course of 8 weeks,compared two groups of patients with chronic heart failure cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome integral,Hs,CRP,BNP,heart hyper parameters,6 minutes walking distance,improve quality of life score of Minnesota relevant indicators.The adverse reactions of the patients during the treatment were recorded,and the safety indexes were compared to evaluate the safety of traditional Chinese medicine.Results1.Before and after treatment: The total effective rate of the textment group was93.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,the textment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment: the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups was decreased(P < 0.01),and in the textment group the decrease was obvious than the control group(P < 0.01).The scores of main syndromes showed that the level of palpitation,fatigue,shortness of breath and cold fear of cold limbs in the two groups were decreased(P < 0.05),and the improvement degree of deficiency syndrome in the textment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of cardiac function grades between two groups before and after treatment: the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,the total effective rate of the textment group was 90.2%,the cardiac function grade of the two groups was improved,and the textment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05)4.Comparison of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)before and after treatment:the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the textment group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The interventricular septum thickness(IVS)after treatment in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).5.Comparison of Hs-CRP and BNP before and after treatment: Hs-CRP and BNP in both groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of 6-minute walking test(6MWT)distance before and after treatment:both groups of patients showed an increase in the 6MWT distance after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).7.Comparison of Minnesota heart failure quality of life score before and after treatment: both groups of patients showed a decline after treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiangxin Yin combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can significantly improve TCM syndrome,cardiac function grade,left ventricular ejection fraction,plasma BNP,Hs-CRP level,exercise tolerance and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.And clinical medication is safe. |
