Wu Jutong's Medical Records is a collection of the experiences of Wu Jutong,a famous epidemiologist of febrile diseases in Qing Dynasty.By analyzing the law of diagnosis and treatment of tongue and pulse in the medical records, the characteristics of Wu Jutong's diagnosis and treatment of tongue and pulse can be summarized, which can provide some reference for the study of Wu Jutong's clinical experience and academic ideas. In this study,458 medical records with clear tongue and pulse records and complete prescription and medicine records were selected from Wu Jutong Medical Records, including 126 medical records with tongue diagnosis,416 medical records with pulse diagnosis, unified symptoms, tongue and pulse diagnosis, traditional Chinese medicine and other terms, and established a standardized data table for Wu Jutong tongue and pulse diagnosis;by selecting 144 records including wind-warm syndrome, pestilence, epidemic heat syndrome,winter-warm syndrome,summer-warm syndrome, summer heat,damp-warm syndrome, dryness, malaria from Wu Jutong tongue and pulse data tables to established the data sheet of tongue and pulse of Wu Jutong's exogenous febrile diseases.By selecting the contents of exogenous febrile diseases in the Medical Records of Clinical Guidelines were selected and included in the chapters of wind-warm syndrome, tepidity, summer, dryness, epidemic, dampness, rash and malaria, which met the inclusion criteria, the Ye Tianshi's exogenous febrile diseases table of total of 123 medical records were established. With the help of SPSS21,Clementine 12,VOSviewer and other software, data analysis is carried out by using frequency analysis, logistic regression analysis, association rules, knowledge maps and other methods.Through frequency analysis method, the distribution of sample attributes was summarized;through logistic regression analysis method, the correlation between tongue pulse and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was summarized, such as red tongue, which was often seen in hypochondriasis and spontaneous sweating, suggesting that most of the symptoms in medical records were Yin deficiency, fire exuberance, hypochondriac stagnation and steaming;red tongue-related diseases, mudanpi was used to clear heat, cool blood and remove blood stasis, and huanglian was used to clear heat, dryness and dampness.Through association rules, the regularity between tongue ? pulse and medicine in selected medical cases was excavated. The results showed that there were regularity between white moss and banxia, yiyiren, fuling and chenpi, regularity between xi pulse.xian pulse and guizhi, chenpi and banxia, regularity between xi pulse and guizhi, chenpi and fuling, and the regularity between Hongmai and gypsum was summarized.Commonly used pairs of medicines, such as yiyiren / fuling, banxia / chenpi, fuling / chenpi / banxia, etc.Through the analysis of knowledge atlas,it is found that the research directions closely related to the subject words "Wu Jutong" are "Ye Tianshi","Febrile Disease","exogenous diseases" and "treatment".Wu Jutong and Ye Tianshi were selected to compare the similarities and differences of their treatment methods. The results showed that: in the treatment of exogenous febrile disease and white moss,Ye used yiyiren, guizhi,Magnolia, houpu, shengjiang, fuling;while Wu used banxia, huoxiang and gancao. In the treatment of exogenous febrile disease and yellow moss,Ye used chenpi, jinyinhua, yujin, maidong, and Wu used zhishi and bohe.In the treatment of exogenous febrile disease with large right vein, beimu and huangqin were commonly used in Ye,lugen and zhimu in Wu.When treating exogenous febrile diseases with multiple pulse,Ye used shengdihuang, tianhuafen and zhimu mostly, and Wu used yujin, shigao and banxia mostly.
