these symptoms affect the work and quality of life of cancer patients to varying degrees.When necessary,it may also lead to forced reduction of drug intensity or even discontinuation of drugs to relieve symptoms.It inevitably hinders the antitumor effect of tumor patients.Therefore,it is necessary for clinicians to further study the prevention and treatment alternatives of this common chemical reaction.With the increase of side effects of chemotherapy in China,the imperfection of prevention and treatment strategies,and the limitation of Western medicine,the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has stepped onto the stage.It has been used more and more widely to relieve the side effects of tumor,and has achieved good results on the way of treating hand foot syndrome.The combination of oral external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine has become a new choice for many patients with hand foot syndrome.In most domestic studies,the analysis shows that the total effective rate and remission rate of HFS in the traditional Chinese medicine group are significantly higher than those in the non traditional Chinese medicine group,which supports that the addition of traditional Chinese medicine may have clinical effect on the remission of HFS.However,the etiology and pathogenesis of HFS in traditional Chinese medicine are not unified.According to the experience of various clinical trials and experts,according to the clinical manifestations of different patients,it can be divided into different syndrome types.Most doctors agree that HFS belongs to the mixture of deficiency and reality.According to the clinical experience,the doctors make the syndrome differentiation and classification of HFS gradually diversified,which shows that the TCM doctors have limitations in understanding the syndrome of HFS.Therefore,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and prescription medication of HFS need to rely on the arrangement of large data to extract the hidden data from a large number of noisy and random data To analyze and sort out the knowledge achievements of modern doctors and help to summarize.Objective:by sorting out the compound prescription of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hand and foot syndrome,summarizing the hidden treatment principles and medication rules,and exploring the pathogenesis from it,to provide reference for the clinical treatment research of hand and foot syndrome and the research and development of Chinese patent medicine.Methods:Based on PubMed database,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,China journal full text database(CNKI),VIP network,China biomedical literature database(CBM),we searched the clinical research and famous experts' experience in the treatment of HFS from January 2005 to January 2020,established the HFS compound database according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and adopted frequency The methods of secondary analysis,association rules,systematic clustering and factor analysis are used to explore the rules of all compounds,and to explore the rules of drug use and treatment principles of external and internal prescriptions respectively,and to explore and summarize the pathogenesis.Chinese styleResults:a total of 93 Chinese literatures and 101 prescriptions were included,involving 147 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 931.Among them,there are 64 references of external prescriptions,65 prescriptions for external use,111 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,582 times of use.It contains 29 documents of internal prescriptions,36 internal prescriptions,87 traditional Chinese medicines and 349 times of use.The most common cancer was colorectal cancer(1227 patients),Angelica sinensis(68 times)and Ramulus Cinnamomi(59 times);The most commonly used classification of drug efficacy are qi invigorating drugs,blood invigorating drugs,blood activating and menstruation regulating drugs,wind chill spreading,heat clearing and blood cooling,blood activating and pain relieving effects;among the two order association rules,the association rules with high support are Angelica astragali,angelica chuanxiong,Guizhi Baishao,Angelica liquorice,Honghua Taoren.High frequency drugs of HFS can be grouped into 7 categories,and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction is commonly used for treatment.Compared with the internal and external prescriptions,most of the internal prescriptions are traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing qi and blood,most of the external prescriptions for clearing away heat and detoxification,and most of the drugs for dispersing cold and dredging collaterals.Conclusion:according to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of HFS by different doctors,HFS belongs to the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and blood,which can be marked by heat,cold and blood stasis;The syndrome differentiation of hand and foot syndrome mainly includes deficiency of Qi and blood,syndrome of stasis and toxin,syndrome of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation,syndrome of yin and blood deficiency,syndrome of heat and toxin internal stasis;the treatment methods include supplementing qi and nourishing blood,activating blood circulation and removing stasis,harmonizing Ying Wei,warming and dispersing cold,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,clearing heat and cooling blood,and dredging pulse and benefiting Bi.
