Study On Prescription Regularity Of Compound Chinese Medicine In Treatment Of Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease Based On Clinical Evidence

Objective: To discuss the composition principles of Chinese herbal compound for treating Hand-foot-and-mouth disease.To provide scientific basis for optimizing clinical therapeutic regimen and improving clinical efficacy.Methods:(1) Retrieve clinical literature on treating Hand-foot-and-mouth disease of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions from CNKI, VIP, Wangfang data database in latest 30 years. Selected out controlled clinical trials in line with the evaluation system of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, Use Meta analysis to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.(2)Screen out the effective prescription on the basis of clinical validation.Screen high-frequency drug,high a ssociation drug combination and new prescription of these prescriptions based on frequency distribution, association rules and cluster analysis of complex system entropy in TCM Inheritance Support System(v2.5),and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hand-foot and mouth disease's formula drug laws and main treatment.Results:(1)165 clinical studies including 173 compound traditional Chinese medicine meeting to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected.(2)It has been screened out 173 effective prescription verified by Meta analysis.(3)It is based on association rules analysis shows that under 15% support and 0.6 confidence level, 9 high frequency drug combination, 7 high association drug combination and 2 core drug combination were found which indicated the prescription feature of famous traditional Chinese medicine formula Yinqiao San and Puji Xiaodu Yin.(4) 4 alternative new prescription were selected by applying cluster analysis of complex system entropy.Conclusions:(1)Chinese herbal compound in the treatment of HFMD is effective.(2)HUANG QIN-BAN LAN GEN-KU DI DINEG-PU GONG YING-ZHI ZI-JIN YIN HUA-LIAN QIAO-SHANG GAN CAO-BO HE are the commonly used drugs for the treatment of HFM disease,ZHI ZI-HAUNG QIN-BAN LAN GEN-PU GONG YING-LIAN QIAO-JIN YIN HUA-SHEGN GAN CAO-BO HE are the core drugs,JIN YIN HUA-LIAN QIAO-SHENG GAN CAO-HUANG QIN-BAN LAN GEN are the most core drugs.(3)Qingre Jiedu Qushi is the main treatment.(4)Yinqiao San and Puji Xiaodu Yin are common foundations.
