Research On Professor Pu Jiazuo's Medication Experience Of Treating Insomnia Based On The TCM Inheritance Support System (V2.5)

Objective: This paper uses TCM inheritance support system(V2.5)to analyze the statistics of insomnia treatment of Professor Pu Jiazuo, the national famous TCM doctor, to summarize the rules of prescription and explore the unique experience of professor Pu,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of insomnia.Methods: It collected Professor Pu's 225 prescriptions for treating insomnia in outpatient service for nearly 3 years. It was analyzed by means of date-mining technology such as the rule of software integration,improved mutual information,matrix judgement clinical,the unsupervised hierarchical clustering of entropy.The experience of professor Pu's insomnia treatment can be summarized.Results: The frequency and rules of 166 traditional chinese medicine in the chosen 225 prescriptions was analyzed.We divided insomnia into three syndrome types of TCM : the disorder between liver and stomach, the none-intersecting of heart and kidney, the deficiency of liver blood,and evolved 74 core combinations and 37 new prescriptionsConclusion: Through the data analysis of professor Pu Jiazuo' insomnia treatment and medication, we concluded that professor Pu often used tonic herbs, diaphoretics, antipyretics,tranquillizers, antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs to treat insomnia.It shows that professor Pu emphasized the syndrome differentiation between deficiency and excess,Professor Pu paid attention to syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera,qi and blood,and use the harmonic analysis method.He used semen zizyphi spinosae frequently. We concluded professor Pu's medicine suits from clinical experience and analyze the familiar prescriptions for treating common syndromes of insomnia: the disorder between liver and stomach, the none-intersecting of heart and kidney, the deficiency of liver blood.
