Objective:By means of cross-sectional study and time-based cardiopulmonary-coupled sleep quality monitoring technique, the correlation between primary hypertension syndrome type and hour sleep quality was observed, and the difference between physiological function index and main TCM syndrome type was further compared.According to the twelve-hour blood flow pattern, the mechanism of influencing the occurrence of hypertension was discussed. Methods:A total of 99 patients with essential hypertension aged 18-80 were included in the international department consultation and inpatient department of the Chinese-Japanese Friendship Hospital.According to the standard of TCM syndrome classification of essential hypertension in the 2002 edition of the guiding principles for clinical research of new Chinese medicine,it was divided into three groups:liver-fire hyperactivity group,phlegm-dampness obstruction group and yin-deficiency yang hyperactivity group. The questionnaire was used to collect the basic data of the patient's name, age, sex, height, weight, history of smoking and drinking, combined diseases, combined medication and so on.A time-based cardiopulmonary coupling sleep quality monitor and a 24h ambulatory blood pressure monitor were used to synchronize sleep quality and blood pressure were monitored to calculate sleep time, deep sleep time, shallow sleep time,dream/wake time and CPC-RDI,mean systolic blood pressure, mean diastolic blood pressure of 24h,and physiological function indexes such as heart rate, respiratory frequency and parasympathetic intensity during sleep.ANOVA was used to investigate the relationship between sleep quality and main TCM syndromes in patients with essential hypertension, and to analyze the sleep indexes and physiology of different TCM syndromes differences in functional indices.Result:(1)Baseline data:a total of 99 patients with essential hypertension and 36 patients with liver-fire hyperactivity group were included,of which 26 were male and 10 were female;32 were phlegm-dampness-dwelling group,of which 28 were male and 4 were female;31 were yin-deficiency-yang hyperactivity group,of which 22 were male and 9 were female.the age,BMI?systolic blood pressure mean and diastolic blood pressure mean of the three groups were significantly significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in sex,PSQI score, smoking and drinking history(P?0.05).(2)Sleep quality analysis:liver-fire hyperactivity group sleep time 7.31±1.426 h,phlegm-dampness obstruction group sleep time 7.42±1.613 h,and yin-deficiency yang hyperactivity group sleep time 7.62±1.585h.There was no significant statistical difference in total sleep time, initial sleep time, total deep sleep time, total shallow sleep time, total wake-up/dream time,CPC-RDI and sleep score between the three groups(P?0.05).(3)Time sleep quality analysis:there was significant statistical difference in sleep quality dream/wake-up time, parasympathetic intensity between groups(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in sleep time, deep sleep time, shallow sleep time,CPC-RDI and others(P<0.05).(4)The results of variance analysis of sleep quality of each time:single factor analysis of variance:the sleep time and shallow sleep time of yin deficiency yang hyperactivity group and liver fire hyperactivity group were significantly significant(P<0.05),and the sleep time and shallow sleep time of yin deficiency yang hyperactivity group were longer than that of liver fire hyperactivity group.Covariance analysis:87 cases of Zishi sleep,97 cases of Choushi sleep,97 cases of Yinshi sleep,82 cases of Maoshi sleep, found that the three groups of parasympathetic intensity in Zishi Choushi Yinshi Maoshi differences(P<0.05),and in the Zishi Choushi Yinshi, the parasympathetic intensity of phlegm dampness obstruction group was higher than that of liver-fire hyperactivity group, but the parasympathetic intensity of phlegm dampness obstruction group was higher than that of liver-fire hyperactivity group and yin-deficiency yang hyperactivity group in Maoshi.Conclusion:(1)There was no significant difference in objective sleep quality between the main TCM syndromes in patients with essential hypertension.(2)After controlling for confounding factors, the intensity of nocturnal parasympathetic nerve in patients with essential hypertension under different TCM syndromes was different at the same time.(3)There is a close relationship between Haishi sleep quality and TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with essential hypertension.
