ObjectiveTo study the effect of Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction on TCM syndromes(cold heat and heat miscellaneous syndrome)after endocrine therapy of postmenopausal breast cancer,to evaluate the improvement of Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction on TCM syndromes(cold heat and heat miscellaneous syndrome);to evaluate Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction improves physical performance(PS)score;evaluates the effect of Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the level of sex hormones(LH,FSH,E2);observes the safety of Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction in clinical medicine,for clinical treatment Explore new channels.Method72 cases that meet the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was given endocrine therapy combined with Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction granules;the control group was given endocrine therapy combined with oryzanol tablets.14 days is a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment is observed.Observe and compare the changes of TCM syndrome scores,physical condition(PS)scores,sex hormones(LH,FSH,E2)levels and safety indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and comprehensively analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction.ResultThere was no statistically significant difference in age and metastasis between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.(1)Comparison of PS scores:There was no statistically significant difference in PS scores between the two groups at the time of enrollment(P>0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment PS score in the treatment group,the difference was significantly statistically significant(P<0.01);the PS score in the control group after treatment was compared with the pre-treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in PS scores between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of PS score efficacy:After chi-square test,the PS score efficacy of the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).treatment group decreased by 0 cases(0%).increased by 22 cases(61.11%),14 cases were stable(38.89%),the total improvement rate was 61.11%;the control group decreased 2 cases(5.56%),increased 12 cases(33.33%).stabilized 22 cases(61.11%),the total improvement rate was 33.33%.The PS score of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,and it can be seen that Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction does have a clear advantage in improving patients' physical strength.(3)Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points:At the time of enrollment,the TCM syndrome points of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and was comparable.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that both groups had significant effects in improving patients' TCM syndromes.After treatment,the difference of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.01).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group(17.78±9.29)was significantly lower than that of the control group(25±10.40),indicating that the TCM patients in the treatment group Syndrome improvement is significantly better than the control group.(4)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndromes between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,16 cases(44.44%)were effective,16 cases(44.44%)were invalid In 4 cases(11.11%),the total effective rate was 88.89%;in the control group,5 cases were markedly effective(13.89%),24 cases were effective(66.67%),and 7 cases were invalid(19.44%).The total effective rate was 80.56%.It shows that the treatment group has better TCM syndrome than the control group.(5)Comparison of curative effect of single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine:After treatment,the treatment group improved better than the control group in three aspects of cold and heat,fullness of heart,irritability or depression,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the control group in the aspects of poor sleep,sweating,joint pain,and fatigue(P>0.05).(6)Safety evaluation:?Analysis of sex hormone levels:There was no statistically significant difference in FSH.E2,and LH between treatment groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in FSH,E2,LH before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).The results showed that neither the treatment group nor the control group affected estrogen levels.?Hematological analysis:there was no statistically significant difference in liver function(TBIL,ALP,AST),renal function(BUN,Cr),blood routine(WBC,HB,PLT)before and after treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05);control There was no significant difference in liver function(TBIL,ALP,AST),renal function(BUN,Cr),blood routine(WBC,HB,PLT)before and after treatment in the group(P>0.05).No signs of vital signs and abnormal electrocardiogram were seen before and after treatment in both groups.ConclusionsJiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores and relieve patients' clinical symptoms of TCM,especially in the three aspects of cold and heat,mixed heart,irritability or depression.It can also improve the physical condition of patients and improve the quality of life of patients;At the same time,Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction does not affect female hormone levels and has good safety.
