Objctive:Through clinical research on patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety state,the TCM syndrome law of atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety was analyzed,and the basic information of atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety state was studied.To provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,160 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of Beijing university of Chinese medicine third affiliated hospital,Guang 'an men Hospital of China academy of Chinese medical sciences and the Beijing emergency center of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Clinical data of patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety(including general information of patients,HAMA and HAMD score,and symptom information table of patients)were collected by questionnaire.The collected data were sorted out and entered in the form of Excel,SPSS23.0 was used for analysis,and the relevant symptom information was analyzed by data mining method.Then,the TCM syndromes were further analyzed to explore the TCM syndrome type characteristics of atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety Results:(1)general situation:this study investigated a total of 160 cases,age concentrated in 50?69 years old,marital status is mainly married,education level to high school and below education level for the majority,occupation to workers for the majority,patients are irritable the course of disease mainly concentrated in 3?6 years,male patients more than female.(2)anxiety scale score:the patients' anxiety degree was mainly moderate and severe(3)symptom characteristics:the frequency of symptoms were:palpitation and chest tightness(74.4%),pale red tongue(52.5%),insomnia(50.6%),shortness of breath and shortness of breath(50%),moss white(50%),vertigo(48.1%).The tongue image was mostly red tongue,thin white moss or fat and big tongue,and the pulse was mostly thin and weak.(4)syndrome characteristics:according to the patients' symptoms and signs of the four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine,and combined with the clinical experience of the tutor,the TCM syndrome elements of 160 patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety were summarized as follows:qi deficiency,blood deficiency,Yang deficiency,water drinking and blood stasis;The location of the disease was heart,spleen,liver and kidney.Syndrome types are summarized as follows:inactivity of heart Yang,deficiency of blood flow,water drinking and ling,and stasis of heart and vessels.Conclusion:(1)the majority of patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety state are married and below the level of education,mostly aged from 50 to 69 years old,and the physical symptoms such as palpitation,chest distress,insomnia,shortness of breath and shortness of breath are not negligible,and the anxiety degree is mostly moderate or severe.(2)blood stasis is the most common cause of this kind of disease,and the location of the disease is most seen in the heart.Insufficient blood effort syndrome is the most common syndrome type of patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety,and the core pathogenesis of patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety can be summarized as deficiency of qi and blood and deficiency of heart and spleen.The application of the theory of regulating and supplementing qi and blood in Chinese and western medicine in the occurrence and treatment of diseases should be emphasized.
