Objective:De Quervain Disease is an aseptic inflammation caused by frequent movement of the thumb or wrist for a long time.Exploring the curative effect of acupuncture at Ashi point combined with pressing needles in the treatment of stenosing De Quervain Disease provides a method for acupuncture treatment of stenosing De Quervain Disease. Methods:It is planned to enroll 40 patients, and randomly divide them into a test group of 20 cases and a control group of 20 cases.Actually,30 cases of eligible patients will be included, including 14 cases in the test group and 16 cases in the control group.Acupuncture group selected points:Pain points, look for pain points around the radius styloid process,With pain as the main point;tendon nodes, ask the patient to relax their hands naturally, from the radius styloid process, the thumb follows the direction of the abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis tendons to find the tightest part of the muscle,or there may be streaks Lumpy induration.Operation of the acupuncture group:Use a 0.25 X 40mm filiform needle to insert the needle from the pain point around the radius styloid process to the fascia layer,so that the local soreness and swelling will appear, and after the qi is relieved, acupuncture near the pain point around the radius styloid process Method of oblique puncture 2 needles. The skin of the muscle nodes is pierced 0.5 inch straight, and the skin is lifted and twisted to make the local area obvious soreness, numbness, and swelling. After acupuncture,a snap needle was placed at the pain point of the radial styloid process, every other day, every Monday,Wednesday and Friday;the drug group was treated with Voltaren(diclofenac diethylamine latex)on the pain point, once a day,5 days a week, twice All groups were treated for two weeks, followed up 2 weeks after treatment.VAS score and Cooney score were used as observation indicators. One case in the drug group was dropped, and finally a total of 29 patient data were analyzed, and the spss23 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,VAS score and Cooney score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable. The acupuncture group and the drug group had statistically significant differences in the relief of active pain VAS scores before and after treatment(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The acupuncture group VAS The score decreased faster than the drug group. The difference in Cooney scores before and after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The Cooney score of the acupuncture group rose faster than the drug group. The difference in the VAS scores for tenderness before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the relief of rest pain between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05),and the difference in the relief of rest pain before and after treatment in the drug group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective for acupuncture at Ashi point combined with press needle to treat stenosed De Quervain Disease. Both acupuncture and drug therapy can improve the pain degree and movement function of the wrist joint during the movement of patients. It is still not clear that the acupuncture group has better efficacy than the drug group.Acupuncture can improve the pain and movement function of patients faster than the drug group.Acupuncture needs to be evaluated by a more complete design of large-sample clinical studies.
