Objective: To observe the clinical effect of common acupuncture combined with floating needle in the treatment of tenosynovitis of radial styoid stenosis.Methods: Sixty subjects were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients each.The treatment group was treated for the first 6 days of each week,followed by combination therapy for odd days,ordinary acupuncture treatment for even days,and rest on the 7th day.The control group was treated for 6 days before the first week and rested for 7 days.Both groups were treated with a seven-day course of treatment for a total of two courses.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients were observed,and the relevant scores and efficacy of the two groups of patients were evaluated.All the data collected this time were collected and sorted by Excel,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS21.0.Results: After statistical analysis,the two groups of patients in the pre-treatment group(common acupuncture combined with Fu ? s subcutaneous needle group)and the control group(common acupuncture group)in terms of gender,age,course of disease,VAS score,Cooney score,and TCM symptom score were all There was no significant difference(P ? 0.05),which was comparable.After 2 courses,the treatment group(common acupuncture combined with Fu?s subcutaneous needle group)had a more effective rate of 66.67% and a total effective rate of 100%;the control group(common acupuncture group)had a more effective rate of 36.67% and the total effective rate86.67%;The efficacy comparison between the two groups after Wilcoxon rank sum test was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the general acupuncture combined with the Fu?s subcutaneous needle group had better overall efficacy than the general acupuncture group.VAS score,Cooney before and after treatment in thetwo groups The results of the score and TCM symptom scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that symptoms and signs were improved before and after treatment.VAS scores,Cooney scores,and TCM symptoms were improved after the two treatments.The scores were significantly different between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group had significant advantages in alleviating pain and increasing activity.No significant adverse events occurred in the two groups during the study.Conclusion: Through this clinical study,it was able to determine that both groups had significant clinical efficacy after intervention against De Quervain' Disease,but the ordinary acupuncture combined Fu?s subcutaneous needle group for this ill cure rate is higher,to accelerate the process of pain relief,shorten the treatment time,both in the near future curative effect and the forward curative effect is better than the ordinary acupuncture group,this method is worth promoting.
