Objective:To verify the analgesic effect of press needle surround acupunctureon patients with acute neuralgia of herpes zoster;to analyze the influence of pin surround needling therapy on the observation indexes of patients with acute herpes zoster pain;to explore a safe, effective and easy-to-operate way of intervention on acute herpes zoster pain from the level of traditional Chinese medicine nursing;to offer scientific foundation for the application in clinics.Methods:80 patients with acute herpes zoster neuralgia were selected from the dennatology clinic of Lianyungang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between January 2018 and November 2018.They hand been assigned randomly to the control group and the observation group with SPSS software,40 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine antiviral and neurotrophic drugs:valaciclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablets,0.3 mg each time, twice a day,Mecobalamin tablets 0.5 g each time, three times a day,15 days as a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment. On this basis, the observation group was treated with press needle surround acupuncture. The needle was buried at a distance of 2 cm to 3 cm around the herpes. The needle was taped with adhesive tape. The adhesive tape was adhered to the local skin and pressed properly to the patient's tolerance.Every 3 days, the needle is buried once,48 hours each time, rest for 1 day,5 times for a course of treatment. The condition of the patient needs to be assessed daily. The treatment period is a course of treatment. The curative effect is evaluated on the 15th day.The observation period is the treatment period and the follow-up period after 30 days.Compare the differences of each component and total score of simplified McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)between the two groups.Compare the herpes zoster evaluation indicators of the two groups:take the occurrence of herpes as the starting time, observe and record the situation of herpes every day, observe the time of stopping herpes, scab formation and detachment of herpes in the two groups. The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)was compared between the two groups at 30 days. Results:Of the 80 patients included,3 in the control group fell off due to lost visits,3 in the observation group fell off due to lost visits and 1 in the observation group was excluded due to taking other drugs on its own.A total of 74 patients completed the study,37 in each group. There were no significant differences in general data,SF-MPQ,SAS,PSQI and total scores between 0 the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Comparisons within the intervention group:Simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire score(SF-MPQ),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)total score were significantly lower in the two groups than before the intervention, the difference had been important statistically(P<0.05).No important difference existed within the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)between the two groups(P>0.05).Other groups' scores had been greatly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of sleep disorders and whether hypnotics were used or not(P>0.05).The other scores after intervention had been greatly lower compared with those before intervention, with statistical difference(P<0.05)After intervention, the scores of simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)in the observation group had been greatly lower compared with those within the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)in the observation group had been greatly lower compared with those within the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep quality, sleep time and daytime dysfunction between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).No important difference existed within the blister stopping time by comparing the two groups(P>0.05),but in the scab formation time and scab removal time, the decrease of the observation group had been greatly greater compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).After 30 days of follow-up,the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)in the observation group had been greatly lower compared with that within the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Press needle surround acupuncture combined with western medicine can improve the symptoms of neuralgia, anxiety and sleep of patients with acute herpes zoster pain better than simple western medicine;30-day follow-up of the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)in the observation group had been much excellent compared with that within the control group,no adverse reactions occurred during the implementation of the whole project, from the point of view that the press needle surround acupuncture as a safe, safe and effective way to treat postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).The feasibility of effective external treatment of TCM should be vigorously promoted and clinically applied.
