Objective:This study investigates the possible factors that affect the quality of life of patients with functional dyspepsia and spleen deficiency syndrome due to stagnation of qi and stagnation,so as to enrich the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine and provide guidance for improving the quality of life of patients. Methods:In this study, patients with functional dyspepsia and spleen-deficiency qi stagnation treated in the outpatient department of the Department of Gastroenterology,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Hospital,Capital Medical University from May 2019 to February 2020 were used as the research object. And to carry out standardized treatment to discuss the general information such as age, sex, work nature, education level, predisposing factors, course of disease, functional factors of dyspepsia, spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome.Results:(1)120 cases of FD patients with spleen deficiency and stagnation syndrome, male to female ratio 1:1.3,more common in young people between 31-40 years old(33.3%),education level is higher than college(junior college)(54.2%);normal weight More common(66.7%);mainly non-manual work(85.8%);the precipitating factors are more common(53.3%),and can also be a single factor, dietary factors(67.0%)are the most common;the course of disease is generally longer,Mostly more than 1 year, accounting for 80%,the longest can reach 30 years;PDS is more common in subtypes(73.3%).(2)Symptoms of spleen deficiency and stagnation syndrome:In terms of symptom distribution, the two most common symptoms are belching(66.7%),fatigue(58.3%),and body weight, except for the two main symptoms of epigastric fullness or pain Drowsiness(58.3%);in terms of the severity of symptoms, the main symptoms of gastric epilepsy are more common, accounting for half(50.0%),and the main symptoms of narcosis are mild(91.7%),and the remaining symptoms are all Mainly mild;no obvious statistical significance in the distribution of symptoms among subtypes(P>0.05);the patient's syndrome score is 9.79±3.37,the maximum value is 21 points, and the minimum value is 4 points. There was no significant correlation between length and subtype(P>0.05).(3)Quality of life of patients with FD spleen deficiency and stagnation syndrome:?In 8 dimensions, the overall health GH(41.17 ±20.12),mental health MH(53.67±21.72),emotional function RE(58.61±20.72)scores are relatively low,all less than 60 points,in two major areas, outstanding performance In the psychological field MCS(59.80±12.81).In terms of health changes, compared with last year's health status,49 cases(40.5%)felt similar,34 cases(28.1%)felt worse,23 cases(19.0%)felt better, and 10 cases(8.3%)felt much better By the way,4 cases(3.3%)felt much worse.?Compared with the quality of life of healthy people,it was found that the quality of life in all 8 dimensions was lower than that of healthy people, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),especially in social function SF and general health GH.In the two major areas, the psychological area has decreased significantly.(4)Influencing factors of quality of life in patients with FD spleen deficiency and stagnation syndrome:?In terms of gender, women's PF physiological function,RP physiological function,BP physical pain,RE emotional function, and MH mental health decreased significantly compared with men,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);?In terms of age, different age groups have significant differences in various dimensions of the PCS physiological field including PF physiological function,RP physiological function,BP physical pain, and GH general health(P<0.01);? In terms of BMI,only in one dimension of PF physiological function, there are significant differences between different BMI groups(P<0.05),and the obesity group has the lowest score;?In terms of the nature of work, there is no significant difference in quality of life between physical and non-physical workers(P>0.05),and it is not statistically significant;?In terms of disease subtypes, the EPS subtype score is lower than the PDS score in emotional function RE,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);?In terms of disease course, there are significant differences between the two dimensions of vitality VT and mental health MH(P<0.01),in which the score of disease course greater than 10 years is significantly lower;?In terms of the severity of symptoms, the higher the syndrome score, the worse the quality of life, which is negatively correlated with quality of life(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;?In terms of anxiety and depression, patients with anxiety and depression have a lower quality of life than patients without anxiety and depression. The overall health GH,energy VT,social function SF,emotional function RE scored the lowest, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);severe depression group in the physiological function PF,energy VT,social function SF,emotional function RE,mental health The difference in MH is statistically significant(P<0.01);?Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, course of disease, depression, anxiety, and syndrome score were the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant;Conclusion:(1)The quality of life of patients with FD spleen deficiency and stagnation syndrome is significantly lower than that of healthy people, especially in the field of mental health;(2)Gender,age,BMI,course of disease, and subtypes are related to the quality of life of patients in different dimensions. We should focus on women, patients over 40 years old, obese, patients with a disease course of more than 10 years,EPS subtypes for further understanding The status of quality of life of patients with FD spleen deficiency and stagnation syndrome;(3)The TCM syndrome score is negatively correlated with the patient's quality of life, but the correlation coefficient is not high;anxiety and depression state not only affects the patient's psychological field but also has a certain degree of influence on t he physiological field;...
