find out the essence of them,learn from each other,and improve the clinical efficacy of the method.2 research methodsThis study is based on the works and modern journals of Mongolian and Chinese medicine.A total of 20 ancient and modern medical books about prickly bloodletting were found in the extant Mongolian and Chinese medicine books and series,and nearly 180 articles published in the Chinese Journal of Medicine were published in the past 20 years.Firstly,the medical documents of Mongolian and Chinese medicine were preliminarily sorted out,the incomplete data were cleaned,the variables related to data mining were selected,the variables were converted,the preliminary description and analysis were made,and the data was entered into the Microsoft Excel database.Then using SPSS 11.5 to treat the Mongolian and traditional Chinese medicine pricking collaterals Statistical analysis of the frequency of Mongolian,prickle and bloodletting techniques,tools and major diseases in the books of bloodletting and modern magazines was carried out.3.Research significancePricking and bloodletting is a unique treatment in Chinese and Mongolian medicine with a long history.Both have understand and master the theoretical knowledge.4.ResultAccording to the above research,there are 175 kinds of diseases(syndromes)and 260 kinds of diseases(syndromes)treated by puncture and bloodletting in Mongolian medicine.The most common treatments for the same diseases are hypertension,hyperlipidemia,syncope,headache,cough,hypochondritis,cholecystitis,vomiting,acute enteritis,shoulder arthritis,low back pain,chronic nephritis,and urine.Dysmenorrhea,irregular menstruation,insipidus,uterine prolapse,constipation,abdominal pain,hemiplegia,facial paralysis,knee arthritis,traumatic pain,herpes zoster,acne disease,for acute mental illness,respiratory diseases,internal medicine Diseases,digestive system diseases,urinary system diseases,gynecological diseases,orthopedic diseases,dermatological diseases,pentaphyseal diseases can play a very unique effect.Mongolian,traditional Chinese medicine pricking collaterals and bloodletting method selected
