Clinical Study Of Cupping And Bloodletting In The Treatment Of Acute Lumbar Sprain

Objective:This study proves that cupping and bloodletting therapy of Mongolian medicine is a simple,effective,economical and safe traditional Mongolian medicine therapy with the functions of detumescence,removing blood stasis,relieving pain,regulating qi and blood circulation and drying yellow water.It is widely applied to patients with acute lumbar sprain in clinic,showing that cupping and bloodletting therapy has the functions of detumescence,removing blood stasis,regulating qi and blood circulation,drying yellow water,etc.The clinical ambiguity of blood therapy is also the basis for further research.Methods:60 patients with acute lumbar sprain who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient clinic of the Five Therapeutic Departments of Mongolian Hospital in Hulunbeir City.They were randomly divided into Mongolian medicine cupping bloodletting group and Mongolian medicine acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the group of cupping and bloodletting were taken to lie down and choose the most obvious point of pain in psoas major muscle.Routine disinfection was carried out.The cupping time was no more than 15 minutes.After cupping,the cupping place was stably and quasi-uniformly needled with triangular needles.The depth of needling was about 15-20 mm.After three points of needling,the cupping was again.The cupping time was 5 minutes,the cupping time was taken to clear the blood and disinfect the local area.If there is no obvious effect after one cupping and bloodletting treatment,one week later or after the healing of the bloodletting site of cupping and bloodletting again.In the control group,the pain of psoas major muscle was the most obvious point after taking the crawling position.After routine disinfection,the patients were cupped with vacuum cans for no more than 15 minutes.The cupping time was once a day for 7 days.The treatment results were scored by the scoring method of research methods,and the data before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:1.The scores of lumbar pain,VAS,pressing pain and lumbar movement limitation in Mongolian medicine cupping and bleeding group were different from those before and after treatment(P<0.05).2.The scores of lumbar pain,VAS,pressing pain and lumbar activity limitation before and after cupping treatment were significantly different from those before and after treatment(P<0.05).3.There were significant differences in the scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acute lumbar sprain patients selected Ashi point Mongolian traditional therapy cupping bleeding therapy after treatment significantly improved or cured.Again,clinical practice concluded that Mongolian medicine cupping bleeding therapy has the effects of inducing disease,eliminating swelling,removing blood stasis,relieving pain,regulating the movement of Qi and blood,drying yellow water and so on.2.Through this clinical study,it can be concluded that Mongolian medicine cupping and radiotherapy has the advantages of fast clinical efficacy,short course of treatment,simple application,non-toxic side effects,not affected by site and conditions,economic benefits,good clinical efficacy,etc.It provides a safe,simple,economical and effective choice for patients with acute lumbar sprain.
