Background:Ankle sprain is a common disease and multiple diseases in daily life.Ankle sprain ranks the first among all joint sprains and the second among common sport-related lower limb injuries, accounting for about 25%of all musculoskeletal system injuries and 6%-12%of orthopedic emergencies.Around 3-5%of emergency room visits in the UK are ankle sprains, equivalent to 5,600 ankle sprains a day or 1-1.5m ankle sprains a year. Both high-level athletes and ordinary people can be caused by careless exercise or lack of concentration when walking, such as ankle sprain. The epidemiological investigation of ankle sprain is more focused on athletes both at home and abroad, and the epidemiological investigation of ankle sprain in the general population is in a blank state in China. Most of the foreign epidemiological data obtained through the emergency treatment system of the incidence of ankle sprain, with obvious one-sidedness,can not fully reflect the prevalence of-real life ankle joint.College students,as an important part of the population, exercise relatively large.Statistics were made on the prevalence of ankle sprain among college students in chaoyang district,Beijing, and the possible influencing factors of ankle sprain among college students in chaoyang district,Beijing were screened.Study Objective:To investigate the prevalence rate of ankle joint sprain among college students in chaoyang district,Beijing, analyze and study the main factors affecting ankle joint sprain among college students in this area,so as to provide references and Suggestions for schools and society in the field of public health to make health education in the future, and to provide scientific basis for relevant departments to make disease prevention measures.Research Methods:The method of random stratified cluster sampling(taking the class as a unit)was used to conduct the questionnaire survey in chaoyang district,Beijing. The questionnaire included basic information, life and study status, daily exercise status, other related disease history, specific information of the last injury, treatment and prognosis, etc.Epidata database was used for double data entry, and SPSS 22.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis of sample size distribution of different genders and ages. The single factor analysis of influencing factors of ankle sprain of college students in chaoyang district was carried out by X2 test. The regression analysis of influencing factors of ankle sprain of college students in chaoyang district was carried out by binary Logistic. Results:Among the 530 surveyed college students, valid questionnaires were 501,among which 113 had ankle sprain, and the overall prevalence of ankle sprain was 22.55%.Among 113 patients with ankle sprain,41(36.28%)were male college students and 72(63.72%)were female college students. The incidence of ankle sprain was 23.05%in 80 patients under 21 years of age and 21.43%in 33 patients over 21 years of age.Single factor X2 single factor analysis shows that:university students in the ankle sprains with the ankle sprains group and gender have statistically significant(X2=4.389,P<0.05),and the BMI was statistically difference(X2=27.058,P<0.001),the difference and whether love to wear high heels(X2=4.389,P<0.05),the difference and the frequency of physical activity each week(X 2=11.023,P<0.05),the difference and the movement time per week(X2=14.360,P<0.05),There was a statistical difference(X2=25.659,P<0.05)between the types of sports that were mainly participated in and those that were not(X2 =34.203,P<0.001).There was a statistical difference between the single-leg balance experiment and whether it was greater than 30s(X2=34.203,P<0.001).There was a statistical difference in the history of lower limb injury between the two groups(X=6.042,P<0.05),and the history of foot and ankle injury between the two groups(X=7.984,P<0.05).Factors with statistical differences were included in binary Logistic regression analysis, and the regression method(LR)was used to determine that Low BMI was a protective factor for ankle sprain(OR=0.378,OR95%C1=0.203-0.704).High heels are a risk factor for ankle sprain(OR=2.302,OR95%Cl=1.135-4.668).Low frequency sports participation per week was a protective factor for ankle joint sprain(OR=0.476,OR95%Cl=0.303-0.748).A history of ankle involvement was a risk factor for ankle sprain(OR=7.567,OR95%Cl=1.03-55.565).the single-leg balance experiment and whether it was greater than 30s.Conclusions:The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The high prevalence of ankle sprain among college students in chaoyang district,Beijing will become an increasingly serious public health problem.2.According to the research findings, low BMI,low-frequency sports participation per week and more than 30s of one-leg balance experiment were the protective factors for ankle sprain, while high heel wearers and ankle-related medical history were the risk factors for ankle sprain.3.College students should pay more attention to ankle joint sprain, establish a healthy sports concept, and pay attention to the protection of ankle joint in sports and daily life while taking part in sports to strengthen the body;Once the occurrence of ankle joint sprain to as early as possible to seek professional foot and ankle doctor evaluation and treatment,so as not to delay the treatment, delay the condition, increase the difficulty of treatment and difficulties, for the future physical and mental health problems.
