Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Classification And Medication Rules After Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy For Multiple Myeloma

Research Objectives:Using the method of retrospective study,the research of TCM syndrome classification characteristics of patients with MM,as well as the syndrome distribution associated with gender,age,contact.The application of data mining in patients with Chinese traditional medicine prescription,analysis of statistical law of herbal medicine,combined with years of clinical experience to explore the characteristics of the governance mentor,for multiple myeloma of TCM syndrome diagnosis,treatment to provide clinical experience and scientific basis.Research Method:Choose January 2010-2016 in August at the Department of Hematology,Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,in line with the inclusion criteria of MM patients in 67 cases.The general information of the analysis,using descriptive juice method,analysis of the characteristics of TCM Syndromes of MM,and the differences between the syndrome were analyzed.The statistical results using SPSS21.0 software analysis.The normal distribution of the measured data was taken as the mean+standard deviation.The paired sample t test was used in the same group,and the median was not in the normal distribution,and the two groups were compared with the nonparametric test,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Research Result:1.According to the descriptive statistics,the diagnostic data of MM:the symptoms:the high incidence of symptoms are tiredness,fatigue,less gas lazy words,dark complexion,scaly skin,head and body trapped heavy,sticky mouth,poor appetite,stool is not forming;like the tongue:thin white fur the most common accounted for 31 cases(46%),followed by 23 cases of greasy fur(34%),15 cases of yellow tongue(22%),the highest proportion of dark tongue in 33 cases,32 cases of the red tongue,pale tongue in 23 cases,21 cases of fat tongue,sublingual vein dilatation in I 1 cases,red tongue tip 9 cases,8 cases of tooth marked tongue,ecchymosis tongue and purple tongue showed at least 1 cases;the pulse:fine pulse frequency was 73%,followed by 39%deep pulse,taut pulse pulse 21%.accounted for 34%.2.The results showed that kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounted for 21 cases,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome accounted for 15 cases,kidney deficiency and damp heat in 12 cases,10 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency,blood deficiency syndrome in 8 cases,only 1 cases of minimal heat toxin syndrome;analysis of prescription in traditional Chinese medicine,which appears more than 20 times of the 23 flavors of Chinese medicine,including blood 12 kinds of medicine,Chinese medicine accounted for 13.Research Conclusion:1.MM with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,followed by phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and kidney deficiency and damp heat syndrome,belong to the actual situation of half,deficiency and empirical difference is not big.2.The application of traditional Chinese medicine,the most frequently encountered is tonics and blood activating drugs,followed by Qi medicine and dampness medicine.
