| Purpose:To discuss the rule of prescribing and treating ALD by Professor Lu Bingjiu,and summarize the dialectical thinking of treating ALD.Method:Collect and organize the medical records of patients who meet the inclusion criteria,and use statistical methods(frequency analysis,frequency analysis,Correlation analysis and cluster analysis)and according to the "11th Five-Year Plan" national planning textbook "Chinese Pharmacy" and the "Chinese Medicine" Advanced Series of traditional Chinese Medicine,"Chinese Medicine" recorded in the medical records of the Chinese medicine,Objective analysis and research on efficacy classification are carried out to discuss the experience of treating this disease by combining with my teacher's words and experiences.Results:A total of 80 cases of ALD patients were collected,involving 280 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,192 kinds of Chinese medicine,a total of 4 811 times of drug frequency,the average of each prescription contains 17.18 kinds of Chinese medicine.(1)Through statistical analysis found that ALD population are men,and the age is given priority to with 51 to 60 years old,accounting for 65.00%.One to make up for virtual medicine the most(17.71%),and to restore vital energy medicine(38.24%).followed by clearing heat medicine(13.54%),promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs(9.90%);Most medicinal to flat,accounted for 23.96%,followed by temperature resistance(23.44%),cold(22.40%);Ingredients is given priority to with umami,accounted for 48.44%,followed by bitter(40.63%),bitter taste(36.46%);Drugs to the is given priority to with liver meridian,accounted for 52.60%,followed by the stomach(36.46%),lung(35.42%)and spleen(34.90%).(2)Through the correlation analysis between drug bing-jiu lu,a professor of treatment of ALD commonly used for: Dried tangerine or orange peel,Pericarpium Arecae;Cuttlebone,Chicken's gizzard-membrane;Magnolia bark,Radix Aucklandiae;Rhizoma atractylodis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra;Sanguisorba charcoal,charcoal;Prepared rhizome of rehmannia,Yam;Monkshood,Cassia twig;Ginseng,Radix Ophiopogonis;The three drug combination with Hovenia dulcis thunb,Alisma,Semen Plantaginis.(3)By cluster analysis will bing-jiu lu professor treating ALD using medicine material gathered as 12 classes.The first category: Sanguisorba charcoal,Platycladi Cacumen Carbonisatum,Carbonized Human Hair,Cuttlebone,Chicken's gizzard-membrane,Tangerine peel,Pericarpium Arecae and fructus broussonetiae;The second category: the Monkshood,Cassia twig;Third class: Rhizoma Alismatis,Hovenia dulcis thunb,Semen plantaginis;Class4: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Notoginseng;Five categories: Astragalus,angelica;Class 6:Atractylodes,Radix pseudostellariae;Class 7: Rhizoma atractylodis,Radix paeoniae rubra;Class 8: Wormwood;Class 9: Magnolia officinalis,Radix aucklandiae,Main licorice;Class10: Poria cocos,Poria with hostwood;The 10 th kind of: Oyster;The tenth two categories:Prepared rhizome of rehmannia,Radix rehmanniae,Yam,Ginseng,Radix Ophiopogonis.Conclusion:1.Professor bing-jiu lu adopt "installment differentiation" treating ALD,think that the new period for wine with spleen lishi,disinfection therapy;Bibulosity period to eliminate product,blood detoxification with wet;Wine to drum up period to cure stomach,invigorating spleen clearing damp.2.The disease mainly affects the liver and spleen kidney,is "nourishing the liver,spleen and kidney" require through ALD treatment.3.Through the statistical analysis,this study concluded that professor bing-jiu lu in the process of treating ALD use restoring vital energy medicine to make up for the inadequate;With clearing heat,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs and the moisture penetration medicine to drain the water.Its at the same time to make good use of flat,adjuvant;Return it again to return to liver after the drug is given priority to,in the "overall concept","syndrome differentiation" flexible compatibility on the basis of the drug. |
