Objective:To study the serum testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL)level features of Tourette's syndrome model rats;To Study Jianpizhidong Decoction on TS model rats' Testosterone,Estradiol,and Prolactin;To explore its mechanisms to TS.To provide more theoretical basis for its clinical application.Method:32 male SD male rats,after one week of adaptive feeding,were divided into 4 groups using random number table method,divided into blank control group,model group,Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group,Thiapride group,model group,Jianpi In Zhizhitang group and Thiapride group,IDPN was injected intraperitoneally at 250mg/kg/d for 7 days,8 in each group.The blank control group was given the same amount of normal saline once a day for 7 consecutive days.After successful modeling,intragastric administration was performed.The blank control group and the model group were given normal saline,and the thiopiride and Jianpizhidong decoction groups were given the corresponding drugs.They were all given by intragastric administration at 1ml/100g once a day for 4 weeks.Record the body weight of rats after modeling,1st,2nd,3rd,and 4th week after gavage;stereotyped behaviors were performed on the 8th,15th,22nd,and 29th days after modeling and medication respectively Detection;all animals were fasted for 12 hours after dosing,blood was taken from the abdominal aorta under chloral hydrate anesthesia,and serum was collected by centrifugation(4?,3000 r/min,10min),and the serum of each group was detected by ELISA Testosterone,estradiol,and prolactin levels.Results:1 After modeling,the weight of the blank group was larger than that of the model group,Thiapride group,and Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group>Thiapride group>Model Group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the first week,the second week,the third week,and the fourth week after gavage,the body weight of rats showed the same change trend,the blank group was larger than the model group and healthy Spleen Zhidong Decoction group and Thiapride group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group>Thiapride group>Model group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2 Compared with the blank group,the stereotyped exercise behavior score of the TS model rats was significantly increased after the model was built,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group,Thiapride group,and the model group There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of rigid exercise scores(P>0.05).On the 8th,15th,and 22nd days after gavage,the rigid exercise scores of the Thiapride group and Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group were significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.05),but the Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group and sulfur There was no statistical Sulpiride group and the blank group were statistically different(P<0.05).The difference between the group and the blank group is statistically significant(P<0.05);3 The serum T in the model group was significantly increased compared with the blank group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the serum T in the Thiapride group and the Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group was lower than that in the model group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,and the Jianpi Zhixi Decoction group was more significantly reduced than the Thiapride group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the serum E2 of the model group was lower than that of the blank group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the serum E2 of the Thiapride group and the Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group was lower than the model Elevated group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).and Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group was more significantly increased than that of Thiapride group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);serum PRL of model group was significantly lower than that of blank group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),after 4 weeks of treatment,the serum PRL in the Thiapride group and Jianpi Zhidong Decoction group was higher than that in the model group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and Jianpizhi The increase in the decoction group was more significant than that in the thiopiride group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:IDPN induced serum T levels in TS rat models were significantly increased,and E2 and PRL levels were significantly reduced;Jianpi Zhidong Decoction can significantly reduce the stereotype exercise scores of TS model rats and improve their stereotyped exercise behavior;Reduce the serum T level and increase the E2 and PRL levels in TS model rats.The occurrence of TS may be related to the disturbance of testosterone,estradiol and prolactin levels.Testosterone,estradiol,and prolactin may be one of the targets of Jianpi Zhidong Decoction.
