Background: Children's Lung's Fever is a common clinical pulmonary disease and plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.The contents related to Children's Lung's fever disease in ancient Tibetan medical documents do not clearly point out the diagnosis and treatment methods of the disease.Only after continuous analysis and in-depth comparison by researchers can we understand the root cause of Children's Lung fever disease.However,the subsequent literatures are all aimed at describing the treatment methods,but there is no clear record of diagnosis and classification,so it is easy to be confused with other pulmonary diseases,affecting the cure rate of the disease.Objective: Children's Lung fever disease is caused by chiba disease,one of the three major etiologies of Tibetan medicine.At the same time,red ba can also cause some other types of lung diseases,so it is easy to cause misdiagnosis,then delay the cure or even aggravate the disease,so in the clinical treatment,the correct diagnosis of pediatric pulmonary fever has become an important task at this stage.This study explored the pathogenesis,symptoms and treatment of pediatric pulmonary fever,and laid a foundation for the development of a standardized diagnostic method for pediatric pulmonary fever.Methods: The main methods involved in this study are literature research and clinical research.Based on the classical literature of Tibetan medicine,modern literature of Tibetan medicine and relevant works of modern medicine,this paper made a comprehensive analysis of the etiology,symptoms and diagnosis of pediatric pulmonary fever.Clinical research mainly adopts questionnaire investigation and study,to the doctor of traditional Tibetan hospital in qinghai province,Hai Na Zhou traditional Tibetan hospital,traditional Tibetan hospital tongde county,xinghai county traditional Tibetan hospital one hundred doctors,2007 Microsoft Excel data entry,spss18.0 software was used to statistical analysis,to study pediatric lung heat the patient's basic situation,vital signs associated with lung disease complications have fever.Results:(1)the function and differentiation of cells,tissues and organs are immature in children from the neonatal period to less than 16 years old.(2)the disease of infantile lung fever because check,red ba,insect,yellow water and long.(3)the performance of children's lung heat,in addition to pediatrics and internal medicine,there are temporary six heat,four types of fever.In addition,observe the mother's milk:,infant ear vein,crying and other characteristics of pediatric diagnostic methods for the correct diagnosis of the disease.(4)children's lung heat according to the nature of the following: According to the etiology: check children lung heat,red children lung heat,insect children lung heat,yellow water children lung heat;According to the cause of disease: diffusion of children's lung heat,disorders of children's lung heat,plague children's lung heat,poisoning children's lung heat.(5)literature research and clinical research results were summarized.(6)the most commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of pediatric pulmonary fever in clinical practice are sanchen,jiuxiangzhuo,lungapuqingsan,etc.Conclusion: The main cause of the disease is red ba and the secondary cause is lung,so the pathological mechanism of red ba and lung can be well known.This disease is caused by the disease of red ba disease in the lungs,which belongs to a kind of red ba disease,so the treatment of lung fever always want to put red ba factors in the first place.
