Under the background of the new medical reform,cost management ability is the key support for hospitals to maintain industrial competitive advantage and realize long-term development.The implementation of cost management from the perspective of value can better reflect the core and essence of cost.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization of A Hospital's cost management based on the value chain.This paper takes hospital A as the case study object,narrates the topic of cost management based on value chain of hospital A,and studies the problem from three aspects of proposing,analyzing and solving the problem.First of all,the paper from the research background,research significance,clear research content and methods;Secondly,it elaborates and defines the concepts of cost management,value chain and value chain cost management in detail,and summarizes the theories of value chain,value chain cost management and hospital resource planning(HRP).Thirdly,on the basis of theory and summary,A Hospital is taken as A case to summarize the current situation and challenges of A Hospital's cost management based on value chain through combining theory with practice.Fourth,puts forward A Hospital based on the value chain cost management cost management consciousness,existing in the process of standardization,science,management accounting information,talent cultivation and other issues,from the prospective,global value chain cost management consciousness,the Angle of extensionality of the causes of these problems has carried on the detailed analysis,the fifth,puts forward the cost of A Hospital management optimization countermeasures,including construction cost management process,establishing scientific cost accounting management mode,etc;Sixth,put forward in the implementation of the above countermeasures in the process of the implementation of the necessary guarantee,including strengthening the cost management ideas,strengthen the construction of personnel,improve humanistic care services;Finally,the paper summarizes and looks forward to the future.he countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper can be used for reference to the management practice of relevant organizations.
