Research On The Medication Rules Of Chinese Medicine For Thyroid-related Ophthalmopathy Based On Data Mining

Purpose: Used the past 20 years data mining method to explore the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy,to make a clinical providing a reference and broadening the diagnosis and treatment.Material and method: Comprehensive search in China Knowledge Network,Wanfang database and Weipu database for the past 20 years of Chinese medicine treatment of Thyroid associated Ophthalmopathy(TAO)or Thyroid eye disease(TED)or Graves’ ophthalmopathy(GO)Related literature,according EUGOGO(European Group of Grave’s Orbitopathy)recommended the clinical activity score(Clinical Activity Score,CAS)as standard,divide TAO to active period and resting period.Follow accorded with the standard criteria clinical symptom and drug prescription to analyze.Used SPSS(Statistic Package for Social Science)26.0 software to analysis of the frequency,property,flavor,channel tropism and efficacy of drugs.Results: 1.68 Chinese medicine prescriptions from 49 articles were selected;2.There prescriptions conclude 178 type of Chinese medicine;3.According 68 Chinese medicine prescriptions and 178 type of Chinese medicines to make a frequency,there were 21 type that have a frequency ≥15 times;4.Statistical frequency of Chinese medicine property,flavor and channel tropism: the property;cold-type 50 times,warm-type and normal-type each 37 times,lesser cold-type 30 times,chilltype 12 times,mild warm-type 10 times,great hot twice and great cold once;the flavors;bitter 86 times,sweet 80 times,spice 66 times,salty 27 times,sour 10 times,light 8 times,and astringent 7 times.channel tropism;lung meridian 71 times,stomach meridian 55 times,spleen meridian 53 times,kidney meridian 50 times,heart meridian 45 times,bladder meridian 21 times,large intestine meridian15 times,bladder meridian14 times,small intestine meridian 11 times,pericardial and triple focusing meridian each 3 times.5.Statistics frequency the efficacy of drug: There are 14 types of drug efficacy classification,36 types of heat-clearing Chinese medicines,29 types of tonic Chinese medicines,18 types of blood-activating Chinese medicines,and each 15 type reduce phlegm and relieve coughing medicine,clam liver medicine,and adjust humid medicines.Conclusion: 1.Traditional Chinese medicine mostly used bitter flavor,cold property,heat-clearing efficacy type of Chinese medicine to treat thyroid associated ophthalmopathy.2.The main treatment idea that Traditional Chinese medicine treat thyroid associated ophthalmopathy was relieve liver and clearing heat,and benefit qi reduce phlegm.
