Objective: Analyze syndrome,treatment,drug that originate from medical records of Chinese medicine on Vascular Dementia by statistical software.Then to explore the rule of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of Vascular Dementia,so as to guide the clinical application and provide a reference for further research.Methods: 1.Enter the "hundred chain" web site search page,with "Vascular Dementia + case" as the search term,then search results for 611,at last meet the conditions of the medical records of 78 screening;with "Vascular Dementia + experience " as the search term,then search results for 1194,at last meet the conditions of the medical records of 35 screening.Use the 113 medical records of Vascular Dementia as the research materials.2.Take TCM syndrome types,treatment principles and medicine of the 113 medical records enter the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform.Verify the correctness of the input information again,and save to spare.3.Utilize Statistical report system and data analysis system of Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform to do statistics and analysis.Take the obtained TCM syndrome types,treatment principles,drug frequency,core drug combinations,and new prescriptions to export and save.Results: 1.From the medical records of Chinese medicine on Vascular Dementia have obtained the main TCM syndrome types of vascular dementia: syndrome of phlegm and blood retention in head,obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis,syndrome of phlegm retention in head,syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence,and syndrome of marrow sea insufficiency.2.Among the medical records of Chinese medicine on Vascular Dementia,commonly used treatment principles are dissipating phlegm for resuscitation,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,invigorating the kidney andmarrow,restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation,and benefiting qi for activating blood circulation.3.The medical records of Chinese medicine on Vascular Dementia have used 224 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The highest frequency in the use of traditional Chinese Medicine in turn: Shi Changpu,Polygala,Poria,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,and Salvia miltiorrhiza.The software has determined the association rules and association degree of the drugs.4.By using clustering algorithm dig out 12 core combinations from the 113 medical records of Chinese medicine on Vascular Dementia through Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform,further on the basis of core combinations have evolved 6 new prescriptions.Conclusion: 1.TCM syndrome differentiation of Vascular Dementia is mostly "phlegm","blood stasis","deficiency".The treatment principles,commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation is consistent.2.Using data mining method,combine the individual experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the research of TCM inheritance support platform on the integration of medical records.At last get the rule of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of Vascular Dementia.3.Through the TCM inheritance support platform to analyze the results of clinical treatment experience has a certain scientific nature.It also has an important role in guiding the clinical and basic application research.
