Literature Research On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis With Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Summary Of Professor Guo Shaowu's Experience

Purpose:In this study,by sorting out the literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in the past ten years,the main TCM syndrome types,treatment methods and prescription medication rules of allergic rhinitis were explored.Combining with the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of this disease,the common witness type and effective prescription of allergic rhinitis were summarized,so as to better guide the clinical application.Material and method:(1)literature research: using Chinese hownet database(CNKI)search,choose from 2010 to 2019,Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis literature,according to include and exclude standard screening qualified documents,establishing database,application of Microsoft Excel 2003 and SPSS 22.0 software for data frequency frequency analysis,cluster analysis,etc.,induce and summarize evidence law cure allergic rhinitis.(2)experience summary: based on literature research and clinical practice,review the outpatient record of the tutor,and summarize professor Guo Shaowu's thoughts on the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.Results:1.A total of 113 literatures were included in this study,and 13 syndromes,31 treatments,17 prescriptions and 133 traditional Chinese medicines were summarized.The common syndromes include deficiency of lung qi and cold,deficiency of lung qi and spleen qi.The commonly used treatments are beneficial to qi and solid surface,tonifying lung and strengthening spleen,warming Yang and dispelling cold,dispelling wind and eliminating wind.The prescriptions are mostly self-designed,with 33 kinds of high-frequency drugs,the most commonly used drugs are astragalus and liquorice.2.133 traditional Chinese medicines were counted by drug category and property.Drug category: a total of 18 drugs.Property: temperature(54.78%),cold(20.46%),flat(20.38%),Hot(2.39%),cold(1.99%).3.Results of high frequency drug cluster analysis :(1)xinyi-fangfeng-atractylodes-astragalus-licorice;(2)platycodonis-scutellaria-chebula-dried ginger-angelica-nepeta-mulberry white skin-cohosh-earthworm-bupleurum-yam-mint-pinellia-ginger-ginseng-jujube-chuanxiong;(3)cassia twig-angelica dahuricae-asarum-fructus xanthi;(4)white peony root-plum-ephedra-poria cocos-cicada slough-schisandra-codonopsis.4.Starting from the lung and spleen,the combination of nourishing and removing evil spirits has a good effect in treating allergic rhinitis.Conclusion:Based on the results of literature research and the clinical experience of my tutor,it is clear that most of the syndromes of this disease are related to the lung and spleen,and the treatment principles are to benefit qi and solid surface,strengthen lung and strengthen spleen,warm Yang and dispel cold,dispel wind and clear qiqiao,namely the combination of nourishing and removing evil,and to treat both symptoms and root causes,with a definite clinical effect.
