Objective:In order to prove the effectiveness of intermittent wave electroacupuncture in the treatment of spastic paralysis of the lower limbs after strokeMethods:60 patients with spastic paralysis of the lower extremity after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by statistical software SPSS 23.0.The two groups were treated with conventional drug therapy, rehabilitation training and massage therapy according to individual conditions,The treatment group was treated with low frequency intermittent wave electroacupuncture, and the control group was treated with thin wave electroacupuncture. After 4 weeks of treatment,MAS,CSI and FMA scales were assessed before and after the treatment course. After data recording, statistical software SPSS 23.0 was used for data collation and analysis. To observe the effectiveness of two treatment methods in treating spastic paralysis of lower limbs after strokeResults:The CSI and FMA scores of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the MAS,CSIand FMA scores of the patients after treatment in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Intermittent wave electroacupuncture therapy and sparse wave electroacupuncture therapy are both effective in treating spastic paralysis of lower limbs after stroke.2.The efficacy of intermittent wave electroacupuncture in treating spastic paralysis of lower limbs after stroke is better than that of sparse wave electroacupuncture, which is worthy of further study by clinical workers.
