Study On The Regularity Of Clinical Medication For Treating Spleen-deficiency Type 2 Diabetes With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:This study summarizes the relevant literatures published in the past 11 years on the treatment of spleen deficiency type 2 diabetes mellitus by traditional Chinese medicine and combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.According to the treatment methods,the literatures are divided into four categories: invigorating qi and spleen,soothing liver and invigorating spleen,invigorating kidney and spleen,promoting blood circulation,dredging collaterals and invigorating qi,thus summarizing the medication rules,medication characteristics and distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes for the treatment of different types of spleen deficiency type 2 diabetes mellitus,and providing reference basis for clinical treatment of spleen deficiency type 2 diabetes mellitus.Material and method:Search domestic literatures published in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP database and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)from January 2009 to December2019 on the specific treatment of spleen deficiency type 2 diabetes by clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,download and carefully read the whole article,and select appropriate literatures according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria.The excel report forms are used to sort out the frequency,sex number,prescription,experimental efficiency and occurrence of diseases of traditional Chinese medicine in the literature,as well as the property,taste and meridian tropism of all mentioned traditional Chinese medicines.Classification summary and frequency statistics are carried out according to the corresponding formulation standards,and the results are obtained and analyzed to obtain corresponding conclusions.WPS Excel software was used to establish the database and classify and summarize it.SPSS19.0 and SPSS Modeler14.2 software were used to calculate and summarize the drug use characteristics and explore the drug use laws.Results:1.In the end,327 articles were obtained,302 articles were analyzed and studied on therapeutic effects,25 articles were summarized on famous experts' experiences and medical records,and 32,933 cases were involved in clinical research documents,including 13,061 males and 11,351 females.There were 5,597 males and 4,982 females in the experimental group.In the control group,5,641 men,4,915 women and 1,711 men without gender(gender is not mentioned in the literature).The effective rate of the experimental group(integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine)was 89.99% on average.The average effective rate of the control group(western medicine)was 67.17%.2.There are 132 kinds of drugs involved in the literature on the method of invigorating qi and spleen,and the total application frequency is 912 times.Among them,Astragalus membranaceus is the most frequent drug.Of the five drugs,sweet(slightly sweet),bitter(slightly bitter)and pungent(slightly pungent)are used most frequently.Most drugs enter spleen meridian.Common drug pairs include astragalus root+salvia miltiorrhiza,tangerine peel+pinellia tuber.Diabetes without accompanying diseases is the most common,followed by diabetic nephropathy.3.There are 131 kinds of drugs involved in the literature of soothing liver and invigorating spleen,with 924 times of application,of which Bupleurum root has the highest frequency of occurrence.Of the five drugs,sweet(slightly sweet),bitter(slightly bitter)and pungent(slightly pungent)are used most frequently.Most drugs enter spleen meridian.The second is liver meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian,lung meridian and kidney meridian.Common drug pairs include Bupleurum root+white peony root,Bupleurum root+poria cocos;The number of diabetes without accompanying other diseases is the largest,followed by diabetes with mood disorders(depression and anxiety).4.The prevalence rate of male patients was significantly higher than that of female patients in the method of invigorating kidney and spleen,which had statistical significance.Astragalus membranaceus is the most frequent drug.Among the five drugs,sweet(slightly sweet),bitter(slightly bitter)and pungent(slightly pungent)are frequently used.The spleen meridian,kidney meridian,liver meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian and stomach meridian are the most common channels for drugs.Common drug pairs include astragalus root+salvia miltiorrhiza,gorgon euryale seed+rosa laevigata.Among the mentioned diseases,diabetes mellitus complicated with nephropathy occurs most frequently.5.The prevalence rate of the method of promoting blood circulation,invigorating qi and dredging collaterals for male patients is significantly higher than that for female patients and has statistical significance.The highest frequency of occurrence of drugs was Astragalus membranaceus.Of the five drugs,bitter(slightly bitter),sweet(slightly sweet)and pungent(slightly pungent)are used most frequently.Most drugs enter the liver meridian.The second is spleen meridian,lung meridian,heart meridian,stomach meridian and kidney meridian.Common drug pairs include safflower+peach kernel+Ligusticum wallichii+red peony root,astragalus root+leech powder,cassia twig+white peony root;Among the diseases,diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy occurs most frequently,followed by diabetes mellitus complicated with nephropathy(early and middle stage).Conclusion:1.This study found that the spleen deficiency type T2 DM has a neutral correlation.Among them,the gender data in the methods of invigorating kidney and spleen and promoting blood circulation,invigorating qi and dredging collaterals have statistical significance,and are mostly male.2.The occurrence of diabetes without complications in spleen deficiency type T2 DM is about 1/3 of the total,while DPN in blood circulation activating,collateral dredging and qi invigorating methods is 1/2 of the total.DN accounts for more than half of the total in the method of invigorating kidney and spleen.3.The middle and high frequency drugs of spleen deficiency type T2 DM are: Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,Pheretima,etc.Commonly used drug pairs are: astragalus+poria cocos,astragalus+salvia miltiorrhiza,Bupleurum+white peony root,Bupleurum+poria cocos,dried tangerine peel+Pinellia ternate,gordon euryale seed+Rosa laevigata,cassia twig+white peony root,etc.
