Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Fuli’s Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Nodules Based On Data Mining

Objective:In this paper,we collected the effective medical cases of Professor Zhang Fuli in the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,sorted out their data,applied modern data mining technology to mine them,summarized his clinical medication experience in the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes,and provided experience and ideas for the future treatment of type 2 diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Cases come from the clinic of professor Zhang Fuli,in the second affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine,diagnosed with type 2 diabetes from June 2017 to November 2020,a total of217 cases.We collected the patients’ name,gender,age,primary symptom,tongue,pulse condition,and TCM prescription,and entered the data into the template provided by “Chinese computing platform(V3.0)” software.After uploaded data,we used the software to make the analysis of gender,tongue,pulse condition,the four qi,five flavor,meridian tropism and usage of Chinese medicine,as well as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis,etc.Results:1.Among 217 patients with type 2 diabetes,123 were males,accounting for 56.68%;and 94 were females,accounting for 43.32%.Among the patients,males were more than females,and the prevalence was about 1.31 times that of females.2.Tongue image analysis showed that yellow and greasy tongue coating and red tongue were more frequent,which were 106 and 42,respectively.The pulse analysis showed that the frequency of pulse-sinking pulse-chord and pulse-sinking pulse-chord were 63,43,30,respectively.3.Four-qi analysis showed that cold drugs and warm drugs and mild drugs were used more frequently,counting as 1422,702,537,respectively.The analysis of five flavors showed that the frequency of use of bitter drugs,sweet drugs and acid-taste drugs was 1787,1702,1109,respectively.The analysis of meridian return showed that the frequency of spleen,liver and lung meridians was the highest,which were 1446,1398,1273,respectively.The analysis of drug frequency showed that 35 drugs were used more frequently than 20 times.According to the analysis of efficiency frequency,the frequency of heat clearing and replenishing deficiency was the highest,which were 724,512,483,320,respectively.4.In the association rule analysis,the support degree was set at 210 and the confidence degree was 0.99,and the obtained core prescription was Gancao(GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX ET RHIZOMA),Shengjiang(ZINGIBERIS RHIZOMA RECENS),Fusheng(PORIA),Sangjisheng(TAXILLI HERBA),Maidong(OPHIOPOGONIS RADIX).5.In the analysis of the rule of prescription composition,K-means algorithm was used to set “the number of clusters” as 6,and six core drug combinations were obtained,namely,Shengjiang(ZINGIBERIS RHIZOMA RECENS),Gancao(GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX ET RHIZOMA),Sangjisheng(TAXILLI HERBA),Baizhu(ATRACTYLODIS MACROCEPHALAE RHIZOMA),Sangjisheng(TAXILLI HERBA),Maidong(OPHIOPOGONIS RADIX),Gegen(PUERARIAE LOBATAE RADIX),Dihuang(REHMANNIAE RADIX);Fusheng(PORIA),Shengjiang(ZINGIBERIS RHIZOMA RECENS),Gancao(GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX ET RECENS),Maidong(OPHIOPOGONIS RADIX),Fusheng(PORIA),Baizhu(ATRACTYLODIS MACROCEPHALAE RHIZOMA),Sangjisheng(TAXILLI HERBA),Mudanpi(MOUTAN CORTEX).Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fuli’s commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for treating T2 DM are cold,warm and peaceful in turn.Commonly used traditional Chinese medicines are bitter,sweet and pungent in turn.The meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine are spleen meridian,liver meridian and lung meridian in turn.The commonly used categories of Chinese medicines are heat clearing,deficiency tonifying,exterior syndrome relieving,and diuresis and dampness permeating.2.Professor Zhang Fuli’s treatment of T2 DM mainly focuses on eliminating damp heat,nourishing yin and promoting fluid production,taking care of the middle energizer,regulating qi activity in spleen and stomach throughout,giving attention to dredging and supplementing collaterals,and paying attention to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.
